    Ingredients
    *For the Dough:*
    - 2 cups whole wheat flour
    - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    - Water (as needed)
    - 1 tablespoon oil (optional)
    *For the Chicken Filling:*
    - 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
    - 1 small onion, finely chopped
    - 2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
    - 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala
    - 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
    - Salt to taste
    - 1 tablespoon oil
    - Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
    *For Cooking the Parathas:*
    - Ghee or oil, as needed
    #### Instructions
    1. *Prepare the Dough:*
    - In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
    - Gradually add water and knead to form a soft, pliable dough. Optionally, add oil to make the dough softer.
    - Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
    2. *Prepare the Chicken Filling:*
    - Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    - Add the chopped onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
    - Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
    - Add the shredded chicken, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt.
    - Cook for a few minutes until the spices are well combined with the chicken.
    - Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
    3. *Make the Parathas:*
    - Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
    - Roll out one ball into a small circle on a lightly floured surface.
    - Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center.
    - Fold the edges over the filling to cover it completely, pinching to seal.
    - Gently flatten the filled dough ball and roll it out carefully into a larger circle, being careful not to tear it.
    - Heat a griddle or tawa over medium-high heat.
    - Place the rolled paratha on the griddle and cook until you see bubbles forming on the surface.
    - Flip the paratha and apply ghee or oil on the cooked side.
    - Flip again and apply ghee or oil on the other side. Cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
    4. *Serve:*
    - Serve hot with yogurt, pickles, or your favorite chutney.
