The faster your body loses it's mobility and muscles. everyone at the age of 40 starts to lose muscle mass, and they can retain the mass if they exercise. also doing a full body physical, bloodwork, urine, and stool sample all at once. that can help you greatly in finding out what your body is no longer producing naturally, or whatever your body is deficient in. All elderly people that stay active with hobbies that require movement usually look younger, healthier, and live a little longer than someone who is only active when they need to use the bathroom or grab food from the microwave, lol.
