I think it’s good to remember that students were expelled and banned from graduation for being pro-Palestine. They have a zero tolerance policy for both sides. You can’t make exceptions for staff.

Jonathan Yudelman apparently has a bad track record. If you read his bio, you will discover that he took over 6 years to get a PhD and has had 3 post doctoral appointments lasting only 1 year. This is a sign that none of his post doctoral appointments worked out, perhaps he washed out of the program for not meeting the standards or he was levelled for behavioural issues like he is demonstrating in this video. At the age of 36, he should have already made tenure somewhere, but he is still a post doc and has no publications to his name. Furthermore, he did postdocs at Princeton and Harvard. Now he is trying to do one at ASU... That is a step down. Probably because he has such a bad reputation that no top tier University is going to consider him. At this point, he is blacklisted from ASU and will have a hard time getting another appointment at any mid-tier University... After this, he will be lucky if a third tier school will take him. He has pretty much flushed his career down the toilet.

This statute states that a person commits this crime “if the person threatens or intimidates by word or conduct: ARS 13-1202(A)(1): To cause physical injury to another person or serious damage to property.
There was no injury or damage to property though.
It’s not enough for her to “feel” intimidated or threatened because if that were the case then every single protester could be arrested under the same statute.

I had a conversation with a Jewish neighbor. He said he is disgusted with what Netanyahu is doing to the inocent who find themselves caught in the middle.
