There is a microphone desync that gets worse as the game continues. Literally no reason for it as this wasn't my first recording and all others are fine. Just my luck I guess. Doesn't seem to be too bad though to me so still uploaded.
@@ThatONeillGuy it the audio that is delayed not the other way around... he was referring to yone disappearing from map. The delay isnt that bad
@@ThatONeillGuy wow fkng SPOILERS dude??!!!!!! Spoiler tags anyone?!! (jk)
Might have something to do with the audio freakout at 7:28. Recording software might have had a hiccup there and corrupted the file slightly.
i think something happened with the recording at 7:28 cause that's when it lags and then starts to desync
Then just commentate over the video. We dont mind if its post game commentary or live. Dummy
Ah yes. Pekin talking about ap ratios on a Friday night
at least you learn a lot from his videos, they are all really informative.
pekinwoof dealt true damage to my heart
That was sick, you played really well. Think I might wanna give rumble a try after this one!
Day 170 of reminding Pekin before next April Fools to do both the “League streamer tucks you into bed ASMR” and the “Challenger player shows you how to cook frozen salmon”
Your commitment is truly admirable. And for those who don’t know, this guy has legit been doing this for as many days as he says lol.
“Flame spi-i-i-i-“
2:39 Yone is burned to a crisp.
Pekin: So anyways...
Mages don't do damage due to high MR scaling in the game. You literally build items so your damage stays the same and don't fall late game
Riot solution: gives true damage to a random AP bruiser who was actually OP a few months ago
Mages don't do damage? Have you not seen sylas, asol, veigar recently? That's just a few off the top of my head
@@jakebennett9130 what a surprise, one of those 3 is a bruiser/assasin/mage, and other 2 are infinitly scaling mages that recently got buffed. Good one (okay asol didnt get buffed, but got reworked. Which in todays riot norms means = buff)
@@jakebennett9130 sylas is a cheater champion so its not surprise
@@ed4e456 meanwhile the former best known late game champ currently loses winrate the longer the game goes on and doesnt feel like late game champ anymore
MR along with most of the % scalings here they go 100/(100+stat)
Meaning the more you have the worse it scales
Flat MPen is that way too, the more MR the enemy has the lower the difference it will make
0:15
Maybe he can outconsistent damage me
I guess we will have to see
I'm playing on the PBE
Damn he spitting bars
hey pekin, would you like to make another full ap alistar mid video? I really want to get better at him in midlane.
at 9:47 pekin did kill cho'gath, idk if he noticed and he never clarified on video so i wonder if pekin still thinks cho lived through the ignite lmao
Rumble looks so sick to play!
That Sivir was like training weights.
yeah i had never seen rumble very much when I started league, but when i first faced rumbles it’s bonkers how they start D Shield, no mana costs, and perma roam with insane damage. and as a jungler you can’t do shit against a perma roaming fed rumble cause they just burn you down. pretty annoying to face
You have %hp dmg in your passive btw :)
It has an ap ratio and does 5%max hp or something
Idk why rumble damage still impresses me
Isnt flat pen calculated first, then % pen? So of you have 34 pen and 60% against 100 mr, the flat puts it at 66 THEN the 60% takes like another 40. Or am I wrong?
I think it goes flat reduction, percent reduction, percent pen, flat pen. So in this case, 100 mr would reduce to 40 with the shred, then a void staff would reduce that by 40% to 24, then whatever flat pen is applied after that.
The harpoon has a % reduction so is applied before the others.
Yes, you are wrong, you can check how its calculated in the wiki
Magic resistance reduction, flat.
Magic resistance reduction, percentage.
Magic penetration, percentage.
Magic penetration, flat.
Here is the order
love u pekin
ggs mr woof
yaaaay Pekin ok I can sleep peacefully now
7:25 i thought my computer was dying
I rather have the mr back or w movement back before the nerfs
Hey everybody, welcome to the next commentary
Being subjected to a balancing team that clearly wants to push certain champion picks in Pro Play feels so garbage.
Rumble might not have been meta but giving him 60% MR shred feels like overkill. Just make Mage Itemization better. Mages have been garbage for so long as it is.
For real, riot gets away with so much shit because everyone is too addicted to stop playing
super galaxy should be rumble's base skin at this point
yayy new video
Someone at Riot is an insane pyromaniac who wants to see the entire game burn down around him.
At 14:00 he had 14 or 15 Mr lol.
Did Pekin play Skarner mid? No.
Lose Streak: 494
I had soy sauce squid for dinner today
I'm hungry
Best pekin
did he just cast his e while overheated at 3:30
rumble can cast a second harpoon shortly after the first if the first cast of e causes him to become overheated
Hi Pekin I love you
Why did no one follow up Andrew? I was hoping anyone would type: “Flame spi-tftftftftftft” :(
What the hell were they thinking? 60% MR shred????? This is friggen camille randomly dealing ludicrous true damage for no reason all over again.
Its not actually %60 if you know math
For ex someone have 100mr
First e shreds %30 so now he has 70mr
Second e shred %30 so now he has 49mr
So he shreds %51
Thats exactly what i thought rumble needed.. more damage..
Max shield (W) second.
>enemy team has a yuumi
Pack it up boys, already know how this match ends.
it's the reworked Yummi on the PBE not the knee capped version of her on live
so i guess youll have to build force of nature and chains against rumble now for double damage reduction, instead of just going for mr.
honestly, with the repeated mage buffs, and how riot keeps putting magic pen on all of their items, void staff just being overpowered and mr being lower than armor in general already across the board on items and champions, any mr item that isnt force of nature has become more and more worthless.
Pekinwoof, 30% + 30% Shred is actually 51%, because you apply the 2nd 30% on a MR which is already at 70%, so it's 0.3 from this 70% (21%)
Only if they changed the formula to be multiplicative on the PBE, which I don't think they did. Current live Rumble E specifically stacks additively with itself.
Already tested it in practice tool. it's additive so 200 MR goes to 80. so 60%
I think you misunderstand the ability. The second application stacks the debuff. It's a single debuff that goes from 30% to 60%. It's not two separate debuffs.
nice
It's not 60%magic resist, it's closer to 51%. For example, if I have 100 MR, and you shred 30%,i will still have 70 MR. If you then proceed to shred 30% again, I will go down to 49 MR. Unless his e removes from total MR, which would just be bonkers
If you check when he lands both on Cho'Gath, he would have been reducing by 48% if it stacks additively, and he does. Rumble doesn't actually "stack" his shred, he simply upgrades the previous debuff.
You would think it works like that but it actually does not. Just hopped in a practice tool on live and the 10% from his regular non-danger zone E reduces a 100 MR target to 90% with the first E, then 80% with the second E.
@@wverms cho started the fight with 57 MR after 1 danger zone e his Mr is 40 and after the second danger zone e cho mr is then 23. 57- 23 is 34 and 60% of 57 is 34.2 so the game rounds to the nearest number. therefore it his does shred 60% of MR
Phreak explained that the shred is a single debuff that overwrites the previous one, so it depends on the number coded for the 2nd shred.
It's total MR I already tested it from 200 to 80.
Hey, I'm pretty sure it's not 60% MR shred since it doesn't stack that way, for example in a target with 100 MR you apply the first empowered E and shred their MR to 70, then when you hit the second one it would shred 30% of 70 so the target would end up with 49 magic resist right? i might be wrong so anyone is free to correct me on this
But when Cho had 59 mr and he hit him with E it went down to 24 mr, which is 60% reduction
It's 60% I already tested it 200 goes to 80
It looks like the second harpoon overwrites the shred from the first one
@@PekinWoof Oh ok, i didn't know it worked that way, ty tho!

yone has basically become wat kat is to skin spotlights
I wish it would show as white damage numbers when you are dealing true damage to them lol
For algorithm✌
day 378 of asking for Samira mid
pls
i know americans dont go to school a lot but you first shred 30% and then 30% of the new value
So its not actually 60% :)
Did you confidently post this without doing any research on how Rumble E's stack additively rather than multiplicatively? You're one of ten comments saying the same incorrect thing without even looking it up yourself.
It's 60%.
@@PekinWoof You do realize that to accomplish what you are suggesting requires literacy?
If the second hit shreds 30% of the already shredded MR the total is not 60%, percentages dont add!
For example, opponent has 100 mr, after first hit he has 70, after second hit he has 49, so total shred is 50% circa
Wrong! It’s additive
@@kingmichaelplays6623 Unless specifically stated in the spell that the shred is on unmodified MR, I am right
@@bluemoka8992 it usually specifies in the tool tip or in the patch change, weirdly it doesn’t tho it does specify each e cast does stack the MR shred. However in practice tool and actual play it is indeed additive, implying the tool tips language of “reducing the enemy’s magic resist” or “reducing their magic resist” refers to their maximum MR. They should clarify imo but they don’t, it’s coded into the game. Thusly opponent has 100 MR, one harpoon normal reduces to 80, danger zone would reduce to 70, and from there it reduces yet another 20 or 30 full MR. Wild!
@@kingmichaelplays6623 thanks for your answer, for you have enriched my knowledge good sir
