I can say some of these apply in general. Other's maybe less so depending on the individual. But to be honest, so many people are subjected to subconscious brain washing and beliefs which meld into their own they just have cookie cutter expectations and mentality.
The real deal is open, straightforward, to the point communication. If you can't build up to the point and trust the other with everything. Then it's probably not worth pursuing to marriage and onward. This should be developed by the end of the first year of any relationship. This is top priority, everything else is extra.

the first 2 you named i have experience with. one of the very first girls i met from tinder was very attractive and to make a long story short, she basically didn't want a second date with me because she already had a professional job and i was still working towards that. she wanted someone she could travel with, and who was more on here level financially. personally, i think not wanting to date someone because of their financial status is lame. often times people don't pursue a career because of how much money it makes. people usually chose a career because its what they're interested in. you can have a professional job in a field that doesn't pay a lot money, but you do it because its what you're passionate about it.

Hello my friend, i have a problem with taking charge or maybe im doing it incorrectly. See, my girl recently has been disobeying me and generally saying "no" to things i want her to do and says im too controlling. My mistake recently was saying she cant have male friends because subconsciously it made her want it more. I tried to do reverse psychology where i tell her "do whatever you want" and she said "dont worry i will" and this is making me extremely anxious. Confidence, your skills, the money you make, your life goals and how many you've reached thus far. Some women wont settle for anything but a guy filled to the teeth with money and expensive luxuries, but if that isnt what you value then move on. Find a girl that doesnt value those materialistic things as much but still dont be sitting at home with no job, school, or any life aspirations. Hypergamy implies that a woman always goes for somebody better than what she already has, but too many times that's not the case. Women are just never satisfied, never at peace and the problem is that in today's climate they're encouraged to follow their impulses no matter where that takes them.
