Green tea extract gave me jaundice! Don't take the extract just stick to the tea form, it's not worth the risk!

This is simply superb. Also, as someone who drinks a lot of (both caffeinated and uncaffeinated) green tea, it is nice to hear your evidence and logic related to taking in all four catechins as opposed to ECCG on its own.

Makes me wonder: should we separate our egg-eating (choline source) from our green-tea-drinking?

@@sammieharris116 too difficult (especially typing on a cell) to spell them out, but they are the four key chemicals that make green tea so beneficial.

So this is why if I have green tea with a meal I'm uncomfortably full as opposed to simply satisfied and don't feel like eating? Makes perfect sense

Not sure if it's Restream which is causing your streaming issues or not, but it might be a strike against keeping them. I mean, it could easily be normal network streaming problems, but....

Hi Chris! what does low triglycerides mean? My last lab work came 30mg/dl ( 0-145) Back in August fasting triglycerides was 45. All information I can find talk about high triglycerides. Curious to hear your thoughts. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge with us.

I would say 45 is fairly low, but basically the start of fairly low.

Speaking , parenthetically, of choline; does choline supplementation run the risk of significantly raising TMAO?

You can get Matcha harvested in China, though that raises other environmental questions
