Not just big creatures, but anything that isn't a land, I can see a real world where this commander keeps the pressure oj by being voltrone and getting huge equipment spells out for free
I’ve been brewing ever since I pulled one in a booster, and this is what I think it wants to do as a commander as well. It having menace and a trigger on it dealing combat damage to an opponent is begging for expensive equipment.
You realize that to win with world fire you have to wait a whole rotation and even then it's not guaranteed that you get the desired land while you are exposed to other 3 probably pissed players.

Meanwhile nobody has lands or hands. At best they have some cards in exile they can recast due to plot, adventure, foretell, etc
The fact that the cards come off the top of the Library makes this fairly easy to manipulate with things like Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top, Vampiric Tutor, Scry and Surveil cards, etc.
Have a rakdos lord of riots deck that I just don't play anymore because the deck either just doesn't get the commander to stay out, or it wins. Just nothing in between. Cruel claw seems to do just fine if not a bit more fairly with only needing to protect the commander rather than needing to trigger spectacle to do things
Sounds like he's going into my kaalia deck...since the probability of my getting an angel, dragon, or demon is so high...i can just use him to funnel them out even faster

(let it be a good old Whispersilk Cloak or something), some big creatures, and spells that shut down lands (destroy all, or just blood moon stuff), since you don't need your lands to cast your deck stuff anyway. and removing all mana is the best protection you can get.
If you only fill your deck with cards that say you get an extra combat and lands, you csn kill an opponent turn 4 with commander damage assuming they can't do something about it

The bigger issue is how few csrds there are that give an extra combat, so you basically have to run them all and because you discard you can't mull to 6 but need the spells not in your opening hand or drawn in those 4 turns

It's a good commander but it just gets hated off the board immediately. Everyone is going to see the play patterns and just make sure you die first. I think for that reason it'll be pretty shockingly unfun

The combo of running 98 lands so that your guaranteed to hit phage and then instantly lose cause you didn't cast it from your hand.
Discarding Anger in order to give Haste to whatever creatures you pull from your deck is always a good choice.
