Just wanted to say I'm so happy for you and proud of you. I've been watching your videos for a few months now and they really help me with my dissociation. I don't have a supportive family at all and to see someone else describe what I'm feeling makes me feel a little less alone. And I wanted to thank you for that.

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re dealing with this and that you don’t have the support you deserve. I know online there can be quite a bit of negativity but there’s also lots of positive too so make sure you surround yourself with all the things that lift you up. I fully believe things can get better for us if we put the work in and i really hope you feel some improvements too. I’m @domrowedriver on Instagram and twitter if you ever want to chat. Hey, my depersonalisation seems to have gone. Still experiencing derealisation at the moment but haven’t felt depersonalisation in ages now
