March 22nd, 2024 became a tragic date in modern Russian history when a despicable act of terrorism was committed at the Crocus City Hall concert venue in Moscow. While Russian propaganda and Putin himself are desperately looking for ways to pin this tragedy on Ukraine, TV Rain's Ekaterina Kotrikadze spoke with Michael Weiss, expert on ISIS and terrorism, to discuss the likeliest version that this act of terrorism was committed by a branch called ISIS-K.

Question: How did the roof catch fire so quickly? It was an extremely large roof, was gasoline already poured on all four corners?
The building had a state-of-the-art fire suppression system that was recently installed. You'd need to turn it off to achieve that level of fire spread. If they did turn it off, how did they know where to do it? Why were the perpetrators caught 400km outside Moscow, where were the roadblocks around Moscow?
Personally , I know the height of the roofs of music venues , I have installed lights and sound for concerts...I want to know HOW 4 gunmen managed to shoot 250 + people AND get 10 metres or more into the roof to plant explosives ???

Russia & “the West” should have continued to improve their relations, we have enough important foundations in common, further cooperated in space, fought ISIS type vermin together, but instead the Kremlin has doubled down on villainy, brutalized cultural brethren, cuddled with despicable regimes, sown enemies far & wide… good Russians need to reclaim their government & society, we all need to demand better of our own governments & ourselves, respect history, welcome humility, evolve for the better!
Why? Because of sunny wheather in 2015 when bombing in Syria started.
Let's not forget Chechens in Boston in the 1990's. We been in conflict since the Barbary states!

Kudos to TV Rain for bringing an educated student, and seasoned observer, of ISIS as Weiss. Rassputin would benefit from some education from him.
