Former national economy minister of Kazakhstan, Kuandyk Bishimbayev, is facing charges for brutally murdering his wife, Saltanat Nukenova. Millions of Kazakhs as well as many people outside the country expressed their firm support for Saltanat's family and are urging for Bishimbayev to be punished as severely as the law allows. For Kazakhs, this case became a new precedent for demanding more action on the part of the authorities in preventing and appropriately punishing domestic violence. I saw this news on social media. The way he explains what happened, without any remorse or guilt, is just astounding. No emotions. Nothing.

Wow! When I read the subtitle of how he conveniently put the blame to the paramedics when questioned in court about his action of not helping his late wife with the injury he has caused back then? I’m like…what is this man? Not who but what? Next…he blames his wife for provoking him that MADE him lose his mind and beat her to…….death? As someone who held a post of a minister before, What kind of message is he sending to the public? That it is okay to beat someone to death for verbal provoke? Even in that short clip video, I didnt see any gesture of his late wife trying to fight him back in self defence when he gave those hard blows to her head. 😢Is this what this fella is trying to picture his late wife as the violent one & not him! He even said it in a straight face telling everyone in court that he “loved” his late wife?? OMG!
Alot of men are sociopaths and some are psychopaths.
Not only him his whole family are psychopaths. It’s very disgusting listening to their actions. And the scariest thing is, they let people like them in power. When you give people with no conscience power they did this because they thought they are above any punishment. I cannot believe everyone even has to heard him spitting ridiculous lies with no logic.

I am also from a central asian country. It is a familiar fact that people like him have family and connections in positions of power everywhere both in politics and business and lives above the law. If this incident weren’t recorded and streamed, I’m sure he’d have avoided all accountability. I hope he gets sentenced properly.

You know he is kind of above the law, the best we can do is spread the story and let everyone know what him and his family did. Because it was said that him and his cousin get special treatment in the prison anyway. As soon as the light off they are free to walk out of their cell or so. This is because we still let cruel, heartless psychopath with no morals stay in power. At least, this type of narcissistic person care much about his public opinion. So it’s also kind of a torture for him to see how he wouldn’t have any credibility anymore and his political life or such is over. Anyway his whole family approved his actions (in terms that they don’t see it as a big deal) and even insulted the victim’s family. The psychopathic tendencies really run wild in that family.
It is sad that an innocent soul had to be brutally murdered for a law to be set against violence. Saltanat Nukenova is in better place, and I hope that she gets the justice she deserves.

The reporter said it took the medical examiner 40 mins just to read out that poor lady's many injuries in court. How could he and his relatives who owned the restaurant left her dying in the VIP booth for 68 hours and the ambulance took 12 hours to arrive? How backwards is this country?
