- *** The best TORNADO video before it hit Kokomo. Originating in Carroll County just east of Bringhurst, My brother and I find it's origin and track its development as it becomes a EF3 monster with sustains winds up to 160 mph and leaving a path of destruction.

I clicked on this video for the tornado footage, but my jaw hit the floor when I heard the song you used at the beginning. That recording took place at my church. Praise and Harmony singers. Good memories. Great video!
While you was chasing this one, my husband, daughter and myself were chasing the cell that dropped 3 tornadoes in Allen County in Indiana, Paulding and Defiance Counties in Ohio. Matt and I are trained weather spotters for the Northeast Indiana NWS. It was the first time they ever saw a tornado and my 5th time, but my first wedge that was an EF3. I had only seen EF0 and EF1 tornadoes before that Woodburn wedge. But I have seen in person damage from EF4 and almost an EF5 tornadoes, the famous Palm Sunday twins in Dunlap, IN and 74 Super Outbreak in Rochester, Talma, Atwood and Leesburg, IN. The damage in Rochester and the school in Talma was horrific to see. Scenes that I will never forget. I was only 1 for the Palm Sunday ones even though my dad drove us up where they hit a week later. A lot of my mom's family and friends lived in Elkhart County and we went to visit them. My grandpa Messner took pictures of the Nappanee one and remember seeing those not realizing it was the Nappanee tornado in 65. Over the years you could still see the evidence of the tornadoes everywhere.
This was the same system that had a small rainstorm over the Detroit River quickly (literally in mins) go supercellular and dropped an EF-1 twister in Lasalle, Ont Canada, and then a few min later a high end EF-2 wedge right in the middle of Windsor, Ont Canada, my hometown. Miracle no one was killed, and just some injuries, nothing serious. Developed so fast, tornado warning went out 20 mins AFTER it hit.

this is the day i was driving and caught one forming and touching down towards speedway indiana. clear perfect views i was able to get video and pics it was beautiful and so mega sized

Just when you can see the bottom of the tornado rip up trees and old barns, you move the camera. Why do chasers do that? Nobody was killed in these tornados, so show the force of nature. It is what the tornado is about.

Four Years ago Webster, Ma had it's own EF3 tornado experience. I woke to the sound of thunder, so I turned on the television, thinking I'll see how long this lasts since I've got errands to run. Imagine my shock when the weather said TORNADO WARNING for most of New England until 11:30 a.m., repeat THAT'S A TORNADO WARNING for all of New England, incl Webster. Dudley, Oxford, and all surrounding communties. I woke my son, and he wanted to bring out 1 cat with hm, so I said, well get kitty and come downstairs. We've got a tornado warning! He said We do? I said Yes, we do. He's your kidding. I said I kid you not, come, and see! He watched the television, and he said I don't believe it!

This tornado was not the EF3 to hit Kokomo. This tornado was on the North Side of Kokomo where it took a 17-mile long track in a little over an hour and was rated an EF1 since it mostly stayed over open fields and cause little damage to a few structures. Other than that good video. Haven't seen this one before that day. My video is a little more shakey since I was trying to look at radar, roads, film, and sending in reports.
Why didn't either of you call it in as soon as you saw it forming?

This is not the tornado that hit Kokomo. This one came 2 hours later and ended up going just south and parallel of the Cass Howard County line.
Oh okay, I thought there was one that his south and one that hit north. I do know that this one caused a state of emergency for Kokomo, you can hear that from the radio in the video. Thanks for watching, It was very exciting non the less.

Spencer Stroup No deaths or serious injuries fortunately. Minor injuries in Kokomo however. Overall, the entire state and NW Ohio were very lucky.

This is why I don't watch half of these videos on youtube. Take away the story lines on the Tornado and let people just watch the video without any words being expressed. Your ruining the video putting all these words on the screen for no reason.
Definitely amateurs. Smh. They could barely keep ahead of it, then like idiots head right toward its path. Luckily they didn’t get themselves killed.
