- Hey guys! Today I am digging out some of my very old DIY squishies. I made a "homemade squishy" tutorial a few years ago where I showed how to make squishies from scratch. I ended up getting carried awayy and making SO many of these. SO. I thought it was about time to revisit and finally customize some of the squishies.

Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh 😂 ) and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 27 and like doing anything creative...and being snarky.....just a lil. I make a lot of decorating, painting and general art videos here. I'm obsessed with editing and adding lil bits to my videos, so if that's not your thing....oof you may hate this haha. I paint on squishies, thrift store finds, and other random things I pick up. I also love to draw, but don't expect anything too skilled, I'm not the best at that haha. You will also find occasional crafting/testing crafting kits on my channel which are always a hot mess. And even some baking (REALLY bad at that, but it's fun to try LOL).

Chockilla story! I was making a cake, but it was bigger than just one cake, we started making a vanilla cake, but half way through realized that we didn't have enough batter, and we didn't have anymore vanilla cake mix 😂 we added half of a chocolate batch and I was DELICIOUS 😋

I’ve been watching your videos for at least two years by now and I love your squishy makeovers they are so cool
I was trying to think how you could get more realistic looking gummies with their defining translucence. It came to me… RESIN! While perhaps not great for a squishy, they could look cute in a decorated jar with an ME tag. :) If the molds were silicon they might even be suitable. It could also provide a fun (long distance?) collab with NerdECrafter or Evan&Katelyn (sp?)
for the gummy texture she could probably use clear silicone but idk if she would want to do that
There is also a gummy resin she could use that are made to make a gummy texture
That’s a cool idea but it would be to hard to go on a squishy.
She actually made a bunch of them out of hot glue a long time ago.

I got my kitties back in July. The quality of the fabric used on them is so freaking soft! It almost feels like velvet, and the detail for a plushie is phenomenal on both of them. Love them! Thanks!

I'm all for parts! I like these, and it's fun to see the changes over the years. The rough texture actually works well for the donut, makes it look more realistic. Speaking of, I love the gummy bears on the donut! Why is it so cute??
