Doing all the calibers now? Nice. Also I like a good mix of both talking and gameplay. This video hits a nice balance, with talking about a point, punctuated by 1 or 2 clips showcasing that point.

The mix of talking about the scenario and opening up into a gameplay segment showing what you just explained in action is really well done. I think that this style would be good for these types of videos going forward, personally.

VSS is a perfect ambush weapon. The complete silence of the shot and subsonic ammo (no supersonic crack) is a recipe for success in an ambush scenario. You shoot at your enemy, and the enemy will never be able to locate you, why? The enemy will just hear bullets landing around him or on him, no supersonic crack, no gun sound, nothing. As-Val is for urban combat, CQB in most cases.

@@miguelangelcifuentescruz9465I know it's a video game, but I think the part about this that annoys me the most is the fact that the bullet drop is ridiculously exaggerated in tarkov. 9x39 was literally engineered for dual use in both CQB combat and urban sniping with little bullet drop until 300m+. The nature of video games means that there would never be any bullet drop for practically any caliber for most combat, but still. (IRl, most engagements are something like 500-600m, whereas video games are nearly always sub 50m)
@@Slayman3909 Incorrect, it was designed to be used up to 300M, but the bullet drop is very heavy.
if you look at the iron sights of a VSS, or the optic designed for it, you will find that the bullet drop compensation starts at increments of 50m before going down to 25m per click.
the trajectory of 9x39 is like lobbing a brick.

AS Val running dorms was PEAK Tarkov for me on my buddies many years ago. It was the wipe where every ammo type shredded armor. Amazing times for the VSS user!

Yeah you can actually pull off useing these at a pretty impressive range, the accuracy is not really a limiting factor its more learning the range, drop and lead.

The ego swing is, absolutely a thing, once you have AP ammo and with that monsterous ROF the feeling of dumping half a mag of potental 1 to 2 hit kills by the time the opponent has gotten 6 rounds fired is addicting.
I was never an agressive player untill the VSS called to me then i terrorized dorms for 2 nights straight

Leviticus, something you could improve in the videos is centering the text boxes at the end, and the black box in your geographic transition at the start. Also I prefer more talking, as anyone can watch raw gameplay, what's special about your geographics is the narration. Good video as always 11/10

Some of the most fun I've had was trying to figure out bullet drop using VSS and PSO scopes..
More like rock throwing than sniping but still good fun.
As one of the rare "Sub sonic snipers" in tarkov, I love this.
The accuracy loss of the vss from patches ago still haunts me to this day, but limiting the rifle to 250m realistically for head shots makes "some" sense at least from gameplay.
I will saddly never get my 500m VSS one taps , the accuracy cone is just too poor... The ash12 must take its place as the long range sub sonic rifle.

I remember that barely anyone used 9x39 Guns for years until the HK became bad and everyone was looking for a new meta weapon
I spawned in a scav that had this thing today. Went on woods, saw an airdrop and a single PMC, waited a few minutes while watching him loot, then onetapped him in the head and took his stuff, because by then it was filtered by him already

You can get SPP VERY early with Prapor. Trade 2 blue tape for 8 rounds. It stacks up fast because as far as I know there is no limit. Been running SPP since lvl 18 or something :)

Sp5 is not so meager when you consider the first reasonable 9x19 ammo is ap6.3 at peacekeeper 3, and pst have only 20 pen 😅
