Using the milk was a great idea, yes Murphy. It made the dumplings light and that cream sauce was good. Glad they didn't use coconut milk, but something different. I knew Pappy's team was going to win. Great video 😊
I wanted them to use the coconut milk for more flavor but the box milk worked well

Yes, needed flour as a binding agent. Adding oil to the beef when mashing it caused it to breakdown. I'm very impressed with Gallis' confidence as a judge.

This was beautiful in so many ways. Nuff respect to both teams and Congrats to the winning team. So many lessons to be learned. They all can learn from this and go on to doing great things. The younger judge was on point. I like how he presented him opinions. What's his real name? To the team that came in 2nd, you made the best of what you had and finished, even when you realized that it wouldn't turn out how you wanted it to. That took courage. Perfect the corned beef balls. Next time, add an egg to the mixture and roll the balls in seasoned flour, before frying. The team that started out thinking that they were going to lose, ended up winning. Never give up nor underestimate yourself until you have really really tried. This may look simple but is so impressive and powerful on so many levels. Great idea 💡. Just brilliant. Very small amount of money (budget constraints), short amount time to plan and working with a team and in a competitive environment. These are things that small and big organizations face every day. BTW, think that the milk & jerk seasoning dumpling recipe should be patented 😃. Maybe all of you should come together and start a restaurant or something.

A joke. I was cheering for both teams. I hope the other guys no bex, lol. It was a very good episode. As soon as it start with the 'bad show' music, I knew it was going to be a good one. Even when you face those who you perceive to be bigger than you and better than you or more experienced, don't give up. Keep focused and do your job!
One thing was missing though, what's the prize?
As teachers we were well impressed as there is so much to learn!

They could have saved more money by buying a pack of coconut milk n mixing it with water insteadof spending $200 for the boxed milk. The coconut milk would have given more flavour to the dumplings n mackerel too. Good job, guys!

Reasons why, Climber gave up before even started. I think based on the expression of his face there more younger and there will be more Challenge from the older guys. But after seeing Poppy put the milk in the flour he started to have a change in thought. I'm glad it came out well and he did this challenge so you know that in the future.
He knows that even though someone maybe experience that doesn't mean that you should give up. I had a teacher in Primary School by Miss Davis from LUCKY Hill she told me as a young child A teacher teaches a child and a child teaches a teacher as well...reasons for that we learn new things each day and things becomes new.
