I miss home. Africans we are such a loving and warm people. Can’t wait to get to Nigeria again.
We tested the peace and security level in Ghana and we were shocked.
I walked through Ghana 11pm with $1000 in my hand and no one bothered even to look at us.
They mind their business and care for your security. They rather called police for us to escort us because to them we're too exposed to danger cos of the money.
The Police came and asked us to get Taxi home, put the money in our bag or they take us where we going.
We left dummy laptop and Camara in plane site and most of them attempted to ring the police for it.
Very peaceful country.

I visited Ghana in June 2019. It was an incredible experience
I was there in June 2022. One of the best trips of my life . A bit pricey but I think it was worth it .
Ghana is quite expensive, but it’s worth the visit.

Following this coverage series reminded me of the power of perspective. Every space has the ugly and the beauty and while the obvious reaction of locals is to fixate on the frail and failing bits, it sometimes takes the foreigner to story-tell the looming beauty and progress all around. May we pay attention to our glass gradually filling and fixate our efforts on small acts of progress, sans governmental intervention, to bloom this vision of an Africa of vibrant progress we so direly crave.
The Second Lady is right. Ghana has the nicest and kindest people in the world. I been to Ghana twice before Black Panther came out. I will say that black people were traveling to the continent way before Black Panther came out but they never got any recognition for doing that.
