The British actor Shaun Evans said something in an interview of his, that really resonated with me. He said, that when it comes to his work, he's mostly only talking about the things he's been done and not so much about what he's planning to do. Or if he does, he's super vague about it. Because as soon as you are being transparent and telling others about your plans and goals, there will be expectations and anticipations and if you don't meet them (for whatever reason) you will be disappointed in yourself and maybe others will be disappointed in you. So by only talking about the plans that have already been fulfilled, he's going around that trap that can lead to self sabotaging. I think that is pretty amazing and it's simple too, when you think about it :)

As a former cosmetology instructor, I recall the importance of building relationships with clients via mutual hobbies, topics, etc. I always urged my students to try to create fun bonds with clients in order to uplift the whole service's environment. Thank you Sarra for another brilliant coffee chat! As always it was inspiring, encouraging and fun 🎉 I’m currently trying to finish a murder mystery first draft. To get myself into a ‘writer headspace’ every morning I now do Julia Cameron’s morning pages method. It really helps clear my head of my fears, my many insecurities and worries. It also lets me write all the good, positive, happy things I’m hoping for. Which sort of fits in with the idea of manifesting? For me doing the pages is now a ‘non-negotiable’ habit, like brushing my teeth, and by doing the pages I already feel like I’m winning. As does following HB90, which I love.❤ Thank you!
