Opengd77: Retevis RT90 v5, without then with click suppression.

Considering we're up to v5 hardware they haven't fixed it yet which really sucks if you use the original f/w
thankfully Opengd77 has a f/w fix, the thump is still there mildly but not really noticeable when using the radio.
