The waitress who recommended the bread pudding, KNOWING that the owner had nothing to do with that one, is to this day one of my favorite people from this show
We Stan the waitresses doing the lord's work calling things out like this or the seafood ravioli...
She's a sweetheart. I love how the chefs did a victorious fist bump in front of boss for a bread pudding the boss never wanted. Nothing worse to be hired by a boss for your abilities only to cripple you in not allowing you to use those abilities.
@@PhantomFilmAustraliaright? If I hired a chef I’d give him what he needs. Id make sure there’s open communication and make sure he’s keeping clean that’s all these people just destroy their passion it’s sad
@@Bng_Rp_Yeah they over complicate things by trying to micromanage the chef when the chef obviously know more about food than the owners. So many of these places would be successful if they weren’t so controlling with the good chefs or if they knew when to fire the bad ones
And she was on the show before they showed her working at the that place. She was eating at that Indian place with the four or three managers. It's pretty cool!

Fr, sometimes u see owners that u can tell are/were genuinely passionate but the wear on a person of running a business especially a restaurant makes small things slip and snowball into what we see on the show.
If you're talking about the Capri Owner they were doing okay up to 2019, I know some people had revisited the restaurant and they loved the food I think Brennon Taylor did a video on them they sadly closed in 2019 I think due to heath issues and declining sales probably due to covid and got sold to a new owner whos keeping the place up to date. Same name same menu go and visit in LA.
It was pretty obvious they lack the mental capacity to handle food safely. I hope they closed down and found work better suited to them.

capri stayed open until 2019!! they had a really great run post KN, and retired due to some health related stuff. it's currently a bar under the same name with new owners! :D

Looks like there is a pandemic happening in restraunts all over. The nice clean good grades have sunk to a low. Dirty, nasty, food on walls and pictures, dust on lights, old worn out rugs that stink, dirty Silverware, drinks served in dirty glasses, cloth napkins with stuck on food/ and other crap?,The food either burnt or not cooked done. Dumped out of big can with no seasoning. Gag!!
Horrible.They stopped serving fresh salads, changed the bread to old stale bread no longer cooked that day!! No longer real cream/ smashed potatoes. Imitation instant make me sick, can't eat them. Some mix real and instant together. Meat so tough can't eat it.
That's why I cook at home. Good tasty food I can eat and enjoy and not get sick.
It's really disappointing. People should get what they pay for!!
You know it's bad when you take one bite and wonder what bad herb did they use, then start throwing up! Called rat parts!!! Food poisoning!

When an owner is so egotistical they get mad at Ramsay for liking something just because it wasn’t THEIR recipe
I love how many of these episodes the owner/chef says they're too busy, and every time the camera pans around to absolutely no one in the restaurant.
Whoever the cameraman is, they are *shady*. I love it.
I'm Jamaican and we cook with fresh ingredients everyday, that woman doesn't represent us 😂😂😂. Jerk chicken here is also not dry, its well seasoned and juicy
