Materials:
- for the base: 3 mm cardboard on which I glued 300 gsm watercolor paper and on top of these I glued 5mm paper strips of different colors (130 gsm);
- for the letter itself, I used white paper strips (300 gsm);
- for some of the flower centers, 1mm yellow paper strips;
- simple white glue (the brand BIC).

@Harshita Vyas Mine were of equal height as the letter outline. But you can do them of whatever height you prefer.

Hello, what kind of colour do you use for the background? I tried watercolor and my glue didn't stick on it any more... thank you for your wonderful tutorial
I painted the background with watercolors (the Winsor and Newton brand) on 300 gsm watercolor paper. I let them dry and then proceeded to gluing the paper strips on top. I had no problem with the glue sticking. Maybe you could try a different watercolor brand if what you use doesn't work, I don't know what advice to give you 🤔.

Hello I would like to ask in typography we always use big size mm paper for letter and small size mm paper for flowers ?
I used 5 mm width paper strips for both the letter and everything surrounding it.

What type of paper is your base?
The base is made out of cardboard paper which is about 3mm, on top of which I glued watercolor paper which is 300 gsm. Over these I glue the quilling paper.
