Body Cams should be recording non-stop from the time they are removed from the charger until they are placed back on the charger.

I worked in the pet industry, I've owned a farm and raised birds for 4H, meat, and eggs. And, I raised birds in various settings, from micro to commercial. I've also worked with rescues. They lied, there's no middle ground or grey area. So, why does this fraud, being a person who's proven they thrive on seeing animals killed, have such a job? If they were as asserted, they couldn't be in the same pen. An agressive bird will chase until it drops dead or makes it's point. So... proved they know nothing about birds, public safety, animal welfare, animal husbandry, and are seemingly prone to killing animals for entertainment. At the least, could have given them up to process for meat.
Amazed how law enforcement can get away with a criminal act. Just another reason to not trust law enforcement!!!!!!

Too many issues with the documents.. that whole department needs to be investigated as well as all its officers records
They are literally trained to write reports to justify their use force not to factually represent the events that occurred and the situations and conditions that existed.
Whats more is that the records are automatically considered factual records.
Furthermore it’s a felony to make false statements and false narratives on those documents even though it is routinely systematically done.
Often it would be a simple thing to have accountability with public safety transparency and then a multitude of things would be immensely improved.
However bureaucratic bureaucrats having cronies happy to abuse their power, authority and positions want officers who are happy to abuse their power, authority and position.
Thus creating the political circle of actual incompetency that is rhetorically and bureaucratically capable enough to get away with stupid stuff and drop the ball when it’s truly important.

How much $$ is 100 rounds cost the tax payer?
Duty grade 9mm can be around $1 a round so around $100. But if it was a .22 that was used it could be as low a $6 for 100 rounds.
How much money would it have cost to house, feed clean up after and ultimately rehome all these animals? Please include labor costs in your estimations, not just materials and housing.

We have three roosters on our property. They get in fights sometimes. But because we have a HUGE rooster, a medium small one, and a teeny bantam rooster, they all understand the hierarchy and get along just fine.
