Rounder shoulder workout
Seated Dumbbell press - go heavy with elbows slightly forwardSide lateral raises - more rep range- drop sets - partial reps etc.Reverse raisesFace pulls - optionalPlate front raises - optional
Try with heavy with less reps range of 6 to 8 and light loads with rep range 10-12.
The last rep should be so difficult that you shouldn’t be able to do one more rep with correct form.
