2008 Expedition 5.4L 3v timing update

Changed VCT solenoids a few years ago and then had to do the infamous timing job on these engines. Sorry I didn't get it on video but will link a good one, also link my video changing VCT solenoids. The Ford tech videos are extremely valuable, watch them all the way through. There were just a couple of things different in my engine compartment I wanted to make you all aware of.
