This is a follow up to my previous "Star Wars Space Battles Only" video. I hope you like it.
I know there isn't technically a land battle in A New Hope, but I've added the closest clip to a land battle I could.
If you didn't see your favourite battle, not to worry, I'm in the process of making a part two for those and the sequels. The video would have been too long for everything.

I always loved how Veer's AT-AT took a step backwards to get a better angle to shoot that incoming Snow Speeder.
Yeah good shot wasn’t it.
I never liked how a U-wing door gunner took out an AT-AT leg with the equivalent of an M60. That's like shooting a hole in a tank with repeated 7.62mm.
@@taylorc2542it actually makes sense, the at-act cross section shows that it has repulser lifts in the leg, and the gun was shooting ion bolts which disabled it
@@leonrussell9607good on ya for identifying the correct AT-AT model! Most Star Wars people I know just called them AT-ATs when they watched them, when it’s the cargo variant of the AT-AT. 👍

17:00 I remember just how mind blowing that was in 1977. But now I Look at the actors over acting, they should know what's coming, they all act shocked that the ship was big enough to eat them, even the veterans.
The X wings against the Blue Sky and Blue Water, that would be a great game, it does not look like they are breaking the sound barrier so it would not be to jetty and out of hand speed wise. Boths sides models would have a lot of drag keeping speeds in a atmosphere limited.

The Battle of Kashykk was way too short I wanted to see more Wookie action.

It always struck me as curious that in Star Wars there is futuristic weaponry but some of its soldiers look like they come from the Second World War.

1. Why did the Empire replace the LAAT gunship with the IDT's, they're so bad compared to LAAT's
2. Thpse Geonosian Fighters chasing Anakin and Obi-Wan have such good aim that they hit individual troopers on the landing pad.
Yeah, LAAT/i's were used for active warfare, the Empire, after a while, just needed a transport for police forces and the like
Apparantly the IDT was very poppular with the Imperial Army. Different kind of battles I guess, LAAT had far superior firepower and manouverability but the Empire was cheap so...

Battle of geonosis was the best battle ever like the clones sage the remaining jedi and then the battle starts where it’s an all out war on geonosis. Jedi get saved and then immediately go back into the fight.

The original episode 5 and 6 land battles were epic. Not taking away from the remakes but I was born in the 80s so they where alot more epic.
The Space Battles from the OG trilogy are also the best. The Battle over Endor was ILM at the top of their game

While the opening battle in episode 4 takes place in space aboard Tantive 1V, the gun battle counts as an infantry combat scenario!

Understandably, the Tatooine battle scene in Episode 6 was not included in this entry because it was a PIRATE action scene instead of a MILITARY combat scenario.

You've missed the Final Land Battle at Endor from Return of the Jedi, where Han Solo, Leia Organa, Chewie, The Rebels and the entire Ewoks destroyed The Empire and their hidden base with a Radar filled with magnetic shield/forcefield connects and surrounds Death Star II

The idea of lining up toe-to-toe on an open field ancient-style to fight pitched battles in an age of automatic weapons and artillery let alone lasers and high energy weapons is just ridiculous.

Bro tantive IV was the TOUGHEST campaign mission for the 05 battlefront 2 by far.
Those npcs would always spam grenades down all the corridors
These battles are cool and all but it just doesn't the hit same as Warhammer 40K does, that's what is kinda missing in the Star Wars universe.

@@StarWarsJay I can talk about it for hours. Like story wise is far better and waaay bigger than Star Wars, but it's a universe worth checking out. The fan made stuff is actually better than the official works.

one of the cool things about "original" star wars was the unique modes of transport. Once they started showing wheels, it lost some of that uniqueness.
For Star Wars it’s really either Legs, Wheels, or Hover/Fly. And please don’t tell me the Turbo Tank isn’t Unique just because it has wheels. Big ones, for that matter. What was REALLY unique was the speeders on Crait, but unfortunately that movie wasn’t good.

Mais il est vrai que si ce type de bombe était utilisée sur un champ de bataille par l'une ou l'autre partie... il n'y aurait plus de scénario !!!
