      If the lakers really wanted him they would have offered 8 years $120 million. Hurley would have to coach 20 years at UConn to make that money. Even if he were to get fired from the lakers after only 2 years he would get to sit home and enjoy time with family and collect 100 mil for free! No way he would have said no to that. I would be happy to be fired and get paid generational wealth not to work. Don’t we all?

    I"M not going to lie this is the best trio on tv its like a group of uncles talking, nick going off the hinges hands and eyes lmao on 3 Red Bulls and a double expresso with the facial expressions is pure American tv gold and Chris and Kevin looking stoic trying not to laugh is too funny, don't ever break these guys up . plus they got enough knowledge to understand the history of the game and the future of the game . great entertainment guys

    Every coach that has coached lebron has been a scapegoat and most of them have been fired even if they had won a title. Even if they didnt get fired it wasnt for lack of trying on lebron's part. No one wants to coach him.

    As a Lakers fan I am genuinely pleased by the front office’s efforts to get Hurley. We offered to more than double his yearly salary. If that’s enough then I think a deal simply was not going to be done.
    His most recent UCONN deal is 6 years for $32m. Going from that to a top 5 highest paid coach in the NBA with no pro experience is insane
