      my biggest issue is that I don't seem to enjoy workout, no matter what mood I'm in or what type is it. I just always cry when I start to do so...

      +PrincessRainbow 16 during your puberty, all the fat goes to your height. You will be skinny and tall when your older. The skinny girls will be skinny when their older, but not as tall. Still, you need to exercise or else you will be fat pretty much forever.

    I have an even lazier alternative. Always squeeze your muscles! When you're walking (perhaps not in public lol) do lunges while sqeezing your glutes! And when you're lifting things like the remote control SQUEEZE your biceps! When you're going to sit down, go sloooowly and squeeeeze your thigh muscles and glutes, alternatively you can support your weight on your arms and slowly lower yourself onto the chair/couch sqeezing your arm muscles. Doing this video with ankle/wrist weights on intensifies the lazy workout.

    Hey, I may be a girl but I am not ashamed to say that I have really bulky arms... arms that allow me to do full on push-ups... not all girls are weak. also, the next time someone says you are weak for not doing a full push-up, ask them to do an army push-up.

    So I took your exercises and made my own workout.
    Ab exercise for 10 seconds
    Butt exercises for 10 seconds each
    Leg exercise for 10 seconds each
    10 of those push-ups
    30 arm circles
    10 backwards sit ups
    X5

    For the back sit up, you don't even have to be hanging off anything. You can just be laying flat on your stomach and lift yourself up and down like that [only using your back to lift yourself up, not your hands of course]. And if you lift your legs up at the same time, even better. Locus pose. Works out your back, butt, and legs.
    Frankly, yoga in general is the best workout choice for lazy people. Plus you can alter the moves as you wish to enhance the workout experience.
