This guide was insanely detailed and helped me a lot I felt like the timing was random before but now I’m getting a bit more consistency
Glad it helped!
surely u do
Bro I actually got it. You are 100% correct... jump has to come before crouch. I was either doing them at the same time, or even pressing crouch a millisecond before jump but its 100% jump then crouch with as little time between them as possible. I use Mokeysniper's spot in the new firing range to ensure I do it because you can only clear the gaps he points out with a true superglide.
Same stuff was happening with me. There is a bit delay when pressing jump then crouch. Glad it helped!
You play toggle or hold on crouch?
@@SukunaOnYT. hold- switched it a year ago. Hated it at first but its way better. I switched it to be able to bunny hop
@@talexmooreI want to switch from toggle crouch simply to crouch spam in the middle of fights easier but I feel like it destroys your controller and causes drift tbh
@@MrSweetBeaksit will make u get drift faster but it just feel wayyy better when u get use to it
Where have u been all my life ..I watched all of those superglide tutorial can't figure it out but after watching ur tutorial I am getting it . Havn't watched the first part yet THIS SECOND ONE IS DEFINITELY HELP ME ALOT ..
Thanks! this warms my heart. Glad it was helpful bro.
THNAK YOU SO MUCH I WAS ALWAYS C AND JUMP AT THE SAME TIME BUT THIS CLEARD IT UP SO MUCH.
This worked for me!. Had to reduce to 144fps but hope to increase in increments as I get it down! Appreciate the turning the camera to get the correct timing
Hey I’ve watched a bunch of tutorial videos and most of them say the same thing. Thank you for actually breaking it down step by step and even adding some tips in there. Super appreciated! You got a like and sub from me!
Glad it helped!!!!
The thing about the first tip is on pc you have higher frame rate so the timing is even smaller than on console, on console its more important to press jump and crouch seperately but on frame rates above like 120 its nearly at the exact same time.
This vid is so good!!! ty for all details!!! this is so helps me
HUGE video my guy! Great learning experience, and I always try to min-max the technique so that the exact timings require as few inputs as possible. Cheers! 🍻
Instant sub btw
Thanks for the sub! and cheers man! glad your learned alot.
Finally a video that explains step by step bruv thank you. i mastered all the movement tricks except this one, and i needed this
No problem dude. Glad it was helpful! Def a trick you want to learn.
thank you so much! i was having trouble getting it consistent but now im hitting it almost 100% of the time thank you!
Thanks Amazing! Glad it was super helpful.
Great video bro can't wait to try
Thanks, this really helped. I liked the step by step guide. It made it really easy to learn how to super glide. 👍
Great to hear! that was my goal was to make it easy
THANK YOU! In my own practice I felt like it was supposed to be press jump then crouch a hair after but ALLLLL the youtubers said at the same time and I could never get it consistent. Thank you for confirming what I thought so I can hit it consistently now!
I know right! When I first learned I had the same problem because people kept saying there were at the same time. Glad I was able to help another person out :)
The most detailed tutorial I've seen! I'm going to try this as soon as I get home from work!
Thanks! how did it work out?
probably the best tutorial ive ever seen i know how to superglide and can do it sometimes consistent but then once i get off and back on i cant anymore but this helps a lot
I was having this issue too. But practicing each day helped a lot. I do want to say the main issue I was having was the button presses. Making just its Jump then crouch. and learning the timing of that.
def the best super glide vid ive seen so far (ive pretty much watched them all)
Thanks for the high praise
I needed help for the timing on the superglide so thank you
I hope this helped! It has helped me ton these past months.
Beautiful advice for understanding frames. You’re meant to be a teacher of some kind, thank you man
I am an educator in irl lol but thanks for the praise
seems like youre in the right field then! @@MrPhaze4u
learning it by clicking both at the same time always gave me like a 30% success rate. This is the best explaination and im consistently doing it almost everytime
Glad it helped! Pressing the separately has made me super consistent too.
Omgggg finally someone with a tutorial that actually works thank you, I’ve been trying to pull this off for a couple months
Glad it helped!
Thank you!! I've been trying to superglide for days and only got it twice. I did it 6 times while watching your video! Thank you for those tips, they really helped.
Almost there. With more practice you will be a lot more consistent in no time!
I know this is late but I watched your video lastnight and I'm just now trying this, I have been able to do superglides alot.... BUT YOUR VIDEO IS THE MOST ACCURATE ONE IVE WATCHED!!!!! Why is this video not like 500k views. Your explanation to superglide is perfect and works everytime. I think press jump at the right time and press b at the right time and superglide. Practicing each step is definitely crucial in understanding the perfect timing and you my friend hit the nail on the head, sub right here, hope you get big on the channel thank you!
Thanks so much for the big praise man. Glad it helped. All I wanted.
Thanks for the support Fam! Really appreciate it. BlazeYT won the giveaway. I dont know why it didnt show in the video.

this has made it so much easier thank you
Glad it helped!
The technique when you turn your camera is super useful, thank you very much :)
Your welcome! It was the first technique I used to help me with my timing.
It is insane bro. I 've seen alot of guides all of them saying pressing at the same time lool. Thanks it helped me. After a few tries i managed to do it twice but it is a start. Have to practice more to be consistent. Cheers
Ps: Subscribed
Right?! I kept doing the same time for a long time and I was never consistent. Keep up the good work man and you will get them down. I still practice at least 20 mins a day still. Thanks for the sub
Yoooo THANK YOU MY BROTHER!!!
got to do it right just right after my third try with your technique!!
This is the best method thank you bro❤
You just earned a new sub!❤❤
Glad it helped bro!
tnnx for both vids, im fiddling for 3 days now with it and finally start to hit glides more and more now^^
Yesss sirr. Keep that practice up!
Bro your channel is insane im loving it rn ❤😂
Big praise! Thanks dude, glad your enjoying it.
This is great I've been not able to do it for months because everyone says to crouch and jump at the same time
this is the most helpful video on supergliding thank you soo much
The most helpful guide I’ve came across finally.. thank you for explaining so well
Anytime!
Bro I never comment on video’s but I swear by time I was done watching this video i was already way more consistent then I’ve ever been at them. Thank you sm
Sheeesshhhh Thanks for the love dude. Appreciate it. Glad it helped.
THANK YOUUU
Thank you
bro. your advices legitimately made me become more consistent with it. especially the turning your head and the moment your camera is free, is the perfect timing for SG. I did it with 144 fps. i struggle with SG on higher object and this made it much easier.
Same! that technique helped me a lot with the timing. If I am messing up that day, I use it to help me remind myself of the timing.
Thanks for the first video it helped me out a lot.
Glad it was helpful!
this helped me a ton thanks dude!
Glad it helped!
Like others, here's another expression of appreciation for the very helpful tips/breakdown that everyone can understand
Thanks
Thank you for telling me the whole not hitting them at the same time. I knew something had to have been wrong
Right! Was one of my huge mistakes learning too.
Great video 🍻
Thank you! Cheers!
This helped so much thank you I'm getting alot more now the I was used to be able to it's so usfell thanks for the timing trivj
No problem! Glad it helped.
your video is amazing and the first one with a new perspective but ive been practicing all day prob around 1 and 1/2 hours but i didnt even hit it once is it possible you help me?
It worked immediately Istg Ty sm bro
This actually helped me alot man, thx! Another thing that helped me was a guy who said that a good way to know when to superglide is when your camera, after the mantle, goes up and down, then when this head bob animation ends,You press your wrist and crouch
Glad we are helping each other in the comments!
Best guide I've ever watched
yesir the backwords superglide when u mantle at a 30 degree works very consistent ty bro u got a sub
No problem! backwards superglides are sick.
best one out there honestly. we have alot of great movement tech videos but most dont go as well in depth for anyone struggling with getting things consistent.
Thankss
They say everyone needs a specific way to learn, and this was it! i only have 100hrs but wow does this game have such nice movement. As a Quake vet, lots of deductive reasoning and fluidity in these techniques! You explained it so well!
Glad it was helpful! The movement in this game is the best part of it. Does take some time to master though. Always learning something new.
most helpful tutorial on CZcams thx ;3
Glad it helped!
W super glide tip!
Love your vids easy to understand now i need to hammer it in😅
Glad it was easy to understand! That's the goal.
The timing is also easy to tell by your crosshair and gun animation, your weapon and crosshair will sway a lot while youre mantling but as soon as the animation is done your gun will freeze in place for a second and so will your crosshair
Great tip!
what really helped me was doing mantle then jump and edge slide timing together
Yeah this helped me a ton as well
This vid helped alot thanks
Bruh ! i watched many videos on how to spg and I'm 100% sure that this one is the most effective ! thanks man
No problem!
I got it consistently 😮😮 thanks man. I’ll keep practicing it. The funny thing is that I thought I’d need paddles as I just got the ps5 and had a custom ps4 controller with paddles and I was doing. But u helped a lot and I’m doing it without paddles. Thanks man.
Glad it helped! Yeah, paddles are necessary for any movement tech but they do help tho and make life easier.
bro this is hands down the best explanation of how to do it
Thanks bro! Glad it helped.
thanks alot! but one thing tho does auto run affect superglide?
Ur the best 💖
Glad it helped!
does it work with scroll wheel jump? or does it have to be 1 input of jump
Are you ever taking your input off of the move stick, or can you keep it held forward the entire time?
Thank you ❤
You're welcome 😊
Echoing the guy below me, his comment is spot on. Thanks so much for that clarification I knew I was missing something!
Glad it was super useful! Comments like this motivate me
I recently overclocked my scuf and found your video. THANK YOU
Lock and loaded.
most educational one i seen yet,i actually leaned😩
Glad you learned something!
Definitely the most helpful tutorial on superglude timing so far i love this now i can learn how to superglide effectively thx bro❤
good stuff bro keep it up and just on some friendly crit here just get a tiny bit better mic and ur content will be perfect bro KEEP IT UP
Lol trust me I know about the mic. Half the time you can hear my computer in the background lol but thanks for the comment bro.
The best tutorial everyone I’ve watched was press crouch and jump at the same time super frustrating when I only hit after 50 tries with yours it’s like every 2-3 tries still trying to get the timing right but still great vid
I was having the same issues man. With the continue practice you will get them way more consistent. Keep it up!
Do you need to lock your fps to 60? cuz my fps it at 165+, and they say its hard to do superglide in 100+fps
you earnd yourself a sub great tutorial
Thanks dude. That means a lot
How far apart do you press crouch after jump? I think I’m doing it too late.
Great video! Best explanation I’ve seen yet! I play controller on pc and Xbox and can hit it consistently on pc but not once ever on Xbox. So weird.
That is weird. might need to slow down the timing since its less frames on xbox.
Should I leave my buttons as A and B for jump and crouch or change them up?
I would change them up honestly. Why make it more difficult if you can make it easier? thats my thinking behind it.
I've been practicing this and I can't do it. Do I need to keep pressing the run buttom, and then press space + crouch? Or I don't need to run once I climp the edge? I don't understand anything about these tutorials XD. I watched several of videos about it and I can't understand them
You must hold run, once your climbing animation is done ( literally the frame it ends) press jump then crouch. You can press or hold the buttons, doesn't really matter.
neat
PSA: dont forget some keyboards have different delay between space and c due to nkey rollover queue time. so on some keyboards that queue c before space (c ) you wont be able to superglide, to fix this you need a macro bound to the c key of the c key with a delay and it will make it queue later in the queue time. ( c). you can test your keyboard in notepad by holding space and c together.
Genius
What is supposed to happen in the notepad for it to be correct? should it continue to only spam space bars? mine inputs 1 C then only spacebars after that
@@LSPyoutube ( c c c c c c c c c c c c) is correct (space then c) you have to input them both at the same time and you should get it to repeat, do them both with your thumb press them both at the same time and hold as if you are trying to superglide in notepad, you can even do it in youtube comments like I did at the beginning of this comment, if you get (c ) or (c then space) you will need a macro on "c hold" bound to c to delay it...you don't need a release to be part of the macro, it will cause crouch spam issues, just "c hold" no release...
@@Eradicationist thank you so much! Should I create the same macro if I’m using control to superglide instead? Assuming there’s no difference between toggle crouch and hold crouch for super glides
@@Eradicationist and how long of a delay do you think is appropriate?
Bro it worked first try for me once you said Junp button first
This is BY FAR, the best superglide tutorial, thank you very much!!
Any time dude!
hey, just a simple question, if you hold crouch (like a mid air slide position) does it mess it up?
No it doesn't, you can superglide with toggle.
Tip for mnk: use scroll wheel to jump for easier timing
BRO FUUUCKK, THANKSS BIGGGGG FOR YOUUUU MY BROOOOOOOOOO WTF, I JUST FOLLOW YOUR 1st STEP that tell us to jump before crouch, and its true, bcuz i dont believe how tf can a button be in the same time with our finger, auto clicker cannot do that too i swear thank you so much bro, subscribe and like u deserve is here!!!!!!
From someone that's used an input reader to troubleshoot superglides, could you tell me why the only ones that work are when jump and crouch are pressed in the same frame, not one before the other?
You sure its not slightly delayed? Use this to practice superglides. apexmovement.tech/superglidetrainer/
im on pc and i only can do it when i crouch first its weird lmao i get about 180 fps also so its harder
It works both ways bc i did it on Controller and pressed jump and crouch qt the same time
So that's why I couldn't do it... I've been lied to so much with the "press at the same time" thing :c
Thank you for this tutorial
No problem!
Got the weekend off work gonna get my superglide % from 30% to 80% hopefully by the end of the weekend appreciate the tips brother 💯
Hell yeah brotha, time to grind. The grind never stops.
TSM for the tips and the video was great im not a bot but still im gona put emoji🥰
Is crouch supposed to be on hold or toggle? Or can you do it with both?
you can do it on both. It is up to you
This video actually helped. Will I use it in a game Idk yet but I’m learning.
Love the positive mind set. You already a step ahead of majority of players. Keep it up!
What about if you play on a TV? I play on a TV so I don't ever see what's actually happening on my screen (the image lags behind what is actually happening in game). Is there any tips for supergliding consistently on a TV? Or would I just be better off getting myself a gaming monitor? I've learned how to do certain things by muscle memory so I don't have to rely on what I see on screen for the timing (such as with walljumps) so I'm wondering if there's a way to superglide consistently based off of muscle memory so I don't need to look at the screen necessarily to do it
I mean, once you find and learn the timing, you can do it without using visual cues. I don't use visual cues and just use my muscle memory.
@@MrPhaze4u alright thanks. Once I can afford it I'll definitely get a gaming monitor lol but it's cool that the timing for a lot these movement techs is based off of the rhythm of the inputs almost like a Guitar Hero game. Like superjumps is something where you have to learn rhythm of the inputs to do consistently if you know what I mean
i want crucial tips on how to not have random ass teammates in lala land in ranked
Do you hold jump when super gliding?
You can if you like. You don't have to. I choose to just tap it or sometimes I hold it.
is mechanical keyboard is must to have to do superglides?
i was using cheap membrane keyboard and never once i can do superglide, when i go to my friend house and he let me play with his computer (keyboard was vortex vx10), somehow i can supergliding consistently 😅
fyi, i still can't superglide with sades revolver ts36 (it's membrane but the button feels like mechanical)
No it's not needed. Maybe your friend is playing at lower frames. It's easier at lower fps
Will this movement removed by Respawn? I don't want to spend my weekend just for them to remove when I finally master it....
Nah its been out for over a year now. your safe.
@@MrPhaze4u cool, thx
Tnx
for the jump and crouch does it matter if its toggle crouch or hold? I cannot seem to find a single video that elaborates on it.
It doesn't matter, If you have toggle you have to do extra put after the superglide and press crouch again if you don't want to slide after a superglide. But it really doesn't matter.
Pls Can u show your binds
Anyone on controller should just get some back buttons, extremerate has some really good ones that are easy to install, easier to compete with pc players
