I just bought a dam truck from a little dealership 9 days ago and this shit happened to me I took it to a mechanic he said the check engine light cleared it’s self and the diagnostic shows nothing is wrong with it…I had to use premium gas cause there was no unleaded he said that’s probably what caused it that the truck is meant to be ran on unleaded so the truck went into a panic mode because it doesnt recognize the octane levels so it triggered a safe mode or some shit..hopefully this truck doesn’t put me in an accident if it breaks down while I’m on the highway way and there are no side lanes to pull over where I live either in some parts
My Fusion is completely dead. Managed to drive about 4 miles home with the wrench light on. Shut it off, tried to restart. Nothing. Rolled down a window and now it won’t go up. No dash lights, nothing works. Appointment at Ford next week, have to tow car for $225. Only 58,000 miles.
We have full used car warranty First time Ford replaced the fuse panel... no good. 2nd try they replaced the throttle position sensor assembly, that got the problem solved

Was it just the battery?
@@SlickSixx6 yes it was just the battery. I have had much trouble with Ford batteries in 2 vehicles.
Mine is doing the same thing!
Dos anyone know what was the issue?
My 2013 f150 just start doing this today like twice. Anyone have any fixes
Mine does it with the reverse
Transmission Output speed sensor
Ever figure out a solution?
It could be the throttle body
My 2012 f150 did that. Code came back it was the throttle body. Got it replaced no more issues.
Drink more man, drive it harder! Floorboard it man, it will go away. Drink more and repeat this till it fixes it
😂
Mine does that and I just press k and turn it off and than back on and no check engine everything back normal
That was what happened to my f150
Check my video finally figure out
Ever bring it in? Throttle body?
My 2015 just did that this morning. 67k miles. Is it something I can fix to avoid the dealership?
Good morning, what did you do about it? I have the same problem
mine just did it too no power loss tho 47k
@@josehernandez-wx7wg it turned out to be my battery. Bought a brand new battery and haven't had any problems yet.
