I've been looking for a condo or nice townhouse for under 250000, and the HOA is crazy. I am a retiree and want and need to downsize from my 3/2 home here in Wisconsin, plus need warmer climate. Milwaukee traffic is crazy here along with the reckless driving. I AM OVER IT HERE!!!! 😡
