Except, it’s the opposite canonically. Todoroki’s dad is abusive, his mom was driven to insanity. Katsuki’s father is shy, and his mother is aggressive and blames his failures for weakness (slight physical abuse). Izuku has no father (Some guesses), and a caring mother.
