These are great machines ! I owned two of them back in the 70's Soak the cylinders (many days) Then get an electric chipping hammer, (you can rent one) weld up a bit with a flat round face and attack the cylinders one at a time until it's free ! Or, if you're in a hurry, just take an air chisel to each cylinder and bust the pistons out. It "will" turn after that ! You're not worried about the block anyway. You will be surprised at how fast you free it up ! Don't take it apart from the back end ! It's a can of worms !
Might try pulling oil pan off and taking connecting rods loose from crank and see if you could them spin the crank to get to converter bolts, glad to se the CZcams channel, been watching you’re TikTok for along time. Im from southwest mo, keep up the good work and keep that business growing!
I’ve had good luck with getting stuff to break loose with marvel mystery oil. Pour it in the cylinders and let it sit for a while. Sometimes brake fluid will too
Get a pan fill it with engine oil heat up the oil so its hot then pour it into ur cylinder an a combination of thin hot oil an the heat can brake the engine free. it works I've done it myself an old boy taught it to me good luck from the uk
use a blow torch weed burner on the tops of the pistons ,, get them warm ,, dump atf or mistery oil or wd 40 or all 3 lol and cover for a week or two ,, then spin with a socket and bar
That's a nice dozer to help you contact C and C sales equipment in Indiana he might help also has a CNC Machine to maybe make you panels to make it easy and knowledge able staff to help you out
On the left hand side there is a hydraulic line that nintys into the rear of the bell housing area, remove the hose and the 90° elbow there's a pipe that goes into the reverser pull that pipe out and it will come out if you don't pull that pipe u will break your reverser pump. GL
Brake the pistons or cut the connecting rod's, hydraulic hammer on a mini works wonders make sure the front of the engine is blocked up or you risk breaking the bell housing

a 20 ton jack up side down with chain or strap around it bottom of jack and the block it will move a piston down or shatterer it most times

Go for it!
Lubricate the pistons with atf and some other chemicals and see if you can get the motor to turn over
If it’s stuck and a torch or penetrating lube won’t do it, just torch through the pistons so the roasting assembly can turn

push the pistons down with 20 ton jack safety with chain around motor or a metal plate the jack will move it or shatterer one works good stay safe

if the engine is junk take and air hammer to the pistons and shatter them out it will turn after that.

Heat up the pistons with a torch, then hit the piston with a BFH.
you got the head off brake the pistons . it will turn over
