Vegetable Garden and Allotment tour in MAY 2024! Lots to harvest and loads to look forward to!

In this video I go through everything growing in the vegetable garden, allotment and growing under cover.
It's an extremely busy time for gardeners and normally there's not much to harvest! However with some plants carried over from last year and some new quick growing sowings you can still have a decent harvest.
While there is loads to look forward to, it's about this time of year certain weeds and pests emerge to challenge the gardener. My approach to both these issues is to learn to manage them and prevent them getting out of control. Little and often is the key!

Roasted radishes are lovely! (Toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, seasoning of your choice, then roast until soft. Delish!)

I'll have to give that a go! Someone at work also mentioned pickled raddishes! So between roasting and pickling them I should get through the last of them! 😄
