Thanks for the information! Bought an aquarium and found there to be a chip. Previous owners weren't truth or thought it wasn't worth mentioning. They also decided to put silicone in the chip.

no Tony this was on the outside. you could do the inside if u were able to drain the tank for a day or two I'm sure

Do you think this would harm my cichlids if I repaired the inside? Can't find any info online.

I've never tried it so I can't guarantee it but I wouldn't think it would harm them. When it dries you chip off the excess with a razor blade so there isn't a lot left, only the small amount in the crack or chip

Honestly I dont know about inside the aquarium. I doubt it woios cause any problems but I cant say for sure
