Darn, I picked up the 2.5" lens thinking it could do everything I needed it to do.

It might be find depending on what you are trying to do. Just do some tests!

did you purchase the bigger wheels to do 40 oz? after installing brackets and 4 in lens I'm having issues with rotary. When I go to frame, the cup is moving really slow and doesn't do a full spin - its only doing a small portion (the design is long enough it should be spinning around the entire cup - its a full wrap design). Any suggestions? Thanks!

I didn’t get the bigger wheels yet. Are you framing from the laser or Lightburn. You need to frame from the laser.

Thank you for your videos. We just bought and received our Thunder Bolt & RotoBoss. We are on the exact same journey as you are. I believe that the 40oz Stanley Tumblers will have a problem with the honeycomb tray. There is another CZcamsr out of Florida that has made an adaptor for the Bolt that he made out of plywood that allows you to place the RotoBoss within and clears the handle after you remove the honeycomb tray . Cheers and keep up the great work.
Here is the link to that video 😊 czcams.com/video/nTjTzeFZ_fo/video.htmlsi=JcaY1FERcdVe7D--
