Got one of these vests a couple months back because of the vid. Thank you. I have neon green 28lb. Its great for working to failure, then taking off for drop sets. Hard to imagine body weight workouts now without this tool.

Is the 28lb vest enough weight or would it be better to invest on the 35Lb one? I want to get it for my nephew who is almost 6ft tall
@@eheheh3263 28 lbs is a surprisingly good amount of mass. The steel weights are removable from all the vests, so it’s easy to drop down.

And that vest looks hard. I bought the black one just because it looks like a bulletproof vest and adds friction to those pull ups, dips and push ups. But honestly it should have been 50lbs not 35lbs. But anyway still sick ass vest no doubt. People know you about that calesthenics business with that vest on.

The Heria vest is actually the same vest as bodyrox or hanzo but rebranded and more expensive. You got more colour choice with the heria one! Great video !

Prior to ordering this vest I tried to research what "brand" vest it was with no luck so thank you for that info, it finally came in after a month of waiting and honestly just the aesthetic and feel of the vest is amazing in person. I also went with the 3M version

New to the channel bro. So I’ve been working out past 5 months now and I wanna challenge myself more can you wear a 511 tactical vest or anything like this at the gym ? Thinking about training for the Murph.
I want to get one , I’m using a backpack with 20kg plates for my every day hikes, but this would be ideal.

Great video! Just wondering, when did you purchase the vest, how often do you use it, and how has the durability held up? I purchased a weight vest off of amazon for $60. Ive had it for around a year and 3 months, using It almost everday, and its falling apart at the seams now. I just don't want to spend $180 and have the same thing happen.
Thank you man!! I use it 1-2 times a week ever since I’ve made this video and it’s holding up really well. There’s been some discoloration which is expected but besides that it’s holding together well🙏🏼

Yea if you feel you need something to challenge you even more for sure go for one that has heavier weights. This one just works really well for me

I had mine weeks ago,and i had gained 4 lbs which i wouldnt without the vest cause i reached my limit before i bought the weighted vest and buying it is oneof the best decissions in my fitness life!💪

id consult with a doctor just to be safe🙏🏻
It depends. Generally speaking - no, as long as you use it when not being hardly fatigued, so you are able to stabilise your joints and take the weight of the joint, don’t progress to quickly and haven’t got any health condition (functional disorder or pathogen structure/form). As he already said, I would consult a doctor and/or physiotherapist.
I would be careful with running when using a weight vest, but if you do so, I would again suggest to progress slowly and chose your pace carefully.

I saw online a good weighted vest and I ordered it for 60 $
After waiting for some days those asshole fooled me and gave me another bad quality vest they've made it by themselves and filled it with sand 🙃🙃 i can't even do push up or squat with it because the front side of the vest falls down on the floor
