R.I.P Alan Lancaster, thank you for the music and we are going to miss you gracefully, I was very sad to hear his passing, he’s up there jamming with Rick Parfitt, Lemmy Kilmister, Chuck Berry, Dusty Hill and others, I wish this concert was officially reissued onto DVD but that’s destroyed at warehouse but they do have the audio recording, Francis can reissue it vinyl and CD because they have the audio, I do have the Milton Keynes medley on the essential whatever you want

This IS quo, NOT that pathetic joke tribute band Rossi has cobbled together under the quo name. Yes Rossi and friends. I was dragged to see the new version by the wife, never been so bored. Nowhere near as loud, wouldn't have been able to hold a conversation over the volume at a quo gig in 70s and 80s. They didn't rock as hard, the quo army?. The audience now were a mere cub pack rather than army. Then there were that irritating prat Rhino, strolling around stage nodding away like an old chicken pecking for corn,some prat pretending to be parfitt right down to his stance while playing the intro to Caroline. Sorry to the gullible who never had chance to see the genuine quo when they were a serious rocking band, but with no Lancaster, parfitt, coghlan or Pete kircher, then its simply not quo. They have become a xmas party novelty band. I stopped watching or listening to them after that scum trick of Rossis, called the "end of the road" tour. Milton keynes in 1984 was The final time status quo ever played on a stage.
