i was at the live album gig in glasgow apollo 1976 i was 17 i am 62 now & still watch the clips of that concert in amazement on how good it was it was out of this world the energy from the crowd & the band will never ever be repeated

This is excellent! Every band would want to play like The Quo here. When having a band, Staus Quo show in this very great performance how it works. Of course Rick and Francis are good, but Andrew, the keyboarder, has a unbelievable timing and this awesome sense for music.
A band like Status Quo is underrated, but hard to beat.
And to think that some (many) think Andy trashed Quo. They're wrong, he's a musical genius

jeff rich was a fast drummer and did'nt play slow, quo had to up the tempo on there songs too keep up ,with great results,jeff added a great spin on things
@@leetucker8605 absolutely agree with you there, he certainly played faster than John or Pete. He also had great flare and complimented the songs well. His kits looked killer too, it was a shame he left.

Very easy when you have a complete lack of pretension. Accused of using only 4 chords in a song, they joke they are shocked they used that many. They are also the band we would all love to be in. Admit it, whenever you are air guitaring. You busting some great Quo moves

Status quo unos de mis grandes grupos favoritos que vivan por siempre
Desde joven conocí alguna canción de Estatus cuyo como Want...you wany pero fue no hace mucho tiempo cuando descubrí su verdadero potencial. Son geniales, un día buscando un viejo vídeo que conocia clásico, empecé a encontrar otros y otros y a descubrir la autentica pasión por este grupo, al ver lo especial que es, descubrí a patric stuart y a Francia rossi, viendo la personalidad de cada uno en la manera en la que vivían sus conciertos y siendo unos lideres muy especiales, Stattus cuyo es una unión de músicos y compañeros amigos, que destacan todos, es un grupo en el que a pesar de tener mis favoritos, nadie me ha hecho desviar la mirada por un componente, porque todos se completan y patricios canta y toca los ritmos, mientras Francia toca los solos y canta, el bajista, lleva el peso del compás de las canciones, junto con el batería y hay un compañero especial que toca los ritmos también pero con tres instrumentos intercalándolos, la armónica y en mitad canción, para dos segundos y la guitarra rítmica, y en la misma canción, la deja y cambia al piano sin que la musica lo note. Todos se mueven en el escenario como si se comunicaran entre ellos con los movimientos, con el baile, sus gestos, y sobretodo lo unidos que están, que lo transmiten, uno se mueve como si dependiera del otro porque todos están pendientes de todos. Son una piña. Y Pura energía alegre que te anima, su manera de expresarse tocando, moviéndose, haciendo gestos, cruzándose y con.partiéndose, te dan mucho animo y alegría Sus canciones son brutales, .....En fin solo diré gracias Estatus cuo,, me dan ganas de cantar, de ser uno de vosotros cuando OS oico..Bestiales.
