ASMR Map Tracing: Turkey 🇹🇷 (soft spoken, paper sounds)

- Today we're going to finish our journey East (or South-East) with a map of Turkey - or three maps, actually. Again, I found these in community book boxes and I'm just in love them. That 70s colour schemes, the odd design choice of cutting a map in 6 parts, the map that looks new but still has the USSR on it... It's the small things, right?
As always, this is soft spoken ASMR with map tracing as the main trigger and it's intended for sleep and relexation. I hope you'll like the folding and unfolding sounds of the paper too!

Thank you for the nostalgic video! I went backpacking right after finishing school in 1990 and went for a 4-week trip with a friend along the entire coast from Izmir to Side (East of Antalya). One of the best trips of my life. Such friendly people and very affordable and safe traveling for two girls at that time. Found the area around Kas and Kalkan to be the most beautiful part of it.
Thank goodness for tiny community libraries! So looking forward to this one later on!

Such an amazing country. Such diverse history and culture that has evolved out of its unique geography. Crossroads of where east meets west where so much has gone down in Turkey. The age old city of Constantinople at the water based junction of those crossroads where the Black Sea explorers of old meet with the Mediterranean. Fascinating and always such a pleasure to digest with your wonderful Austrian accented ASMR.
Whenever I think of Turkey I think of the song Istanbul
