    That's why we need AIDES in the home. If a patient only have exercises twice a week it's not a enough, they need encouragement everyday. I'm a retired Home Health Aide and work with my patients everyday then hours were cut. I was taught different exercises to help my patients. I thank my PHYSICAL THERAPIST that train us to help our patients.
