@@SteveChase1, Hey Steve. I am a brother, Baba is my name. Thank you for this video. I was looking for a way to track additional information after "class" and "location" have been used up in our qbo. I thought about creating more than one class or location feature, but I just could not do it or replicate a similar function. I was not sure if it was even possible to have a duplicate of these functions. Then I found your video. It solved my problem. By the way, as a curiosity, is it possible to create more than one feature of a class and location? As I said, we are already using a class and location, but I needed to establish more of these two features, so I could capture something like "states", Countries, and sub-product lines. My boss loves the fact that both the "location" and "class" allow for a drop-down window. Do you know of any other function in qbo that would give me the same functionality of capturing information by a way of the drop-down window? Thank you for this video.
Only QBO advanced can filter out sales by state using the address location field. So this would be a way to run a sales report by state on invoices in case you had a lower QBO subscription plan.
Why do we need to add a Tag for State, when we already put the State in the address section.
