100% This was probably the best final tribal in terms of all three of finalists' performance. I knew going in that it was going to be a tight race between Austin and Dee but even Jake totally knocked it out of the park. Although he received no votes, he literally had the absolute best outcome he could have hoped for given how well he did. Super happy for Dee and Austin as well obv.
Simply a very satisfying and enjoyable finale and season in general of Survivor.
"damn Bruce you should have played it" is a thoughtless thing to say to Bruce after getting voted out with an idol imo. I think it would better for her to credit Emily for her brilliant play on Bruce , rather than throwing punches at Bruce whose vote she wants.
Dee lost 1 vote coz of that loud mouth. Luckily she got Kaleb vote. If not that statement would have cost her one million.

Actually, she made the right call. She may have lost one vote with Bruce, but she gained more than one vote with that statement.

@@OuterHavenMedia haha no way. The girls were ready to vote for her anyway and I think bruce too. Again it's all Katuroah dumb move not to vote for Dee. Anyway very predictable bad season. Last season was awesome. Even the one before. Both Gabler and Yam Yam wins were sort of shocking but at the same time brilliant. Hope something better happen next season.
I think Jake should have won because he actually survived without any alliances, he was always on the outside of every on almost every vote, and he made it to the final. The True definition of a survivor.

💯 Agree. She was all over the place. With Jake she should have had a strong link and could have controlled the entire game play in last 2 episodes. But she acted like a fool 😅
@@avantha40 No ..Jake was all over the place ..showing off his idol ...How could he convince Katurah that he would vote off Dee, when he let Austin know of his immunity idol (even before he let her know about it)? ...and it was Jake's idea to vote off Julie ...Katurah was the one who convinced him to vote off Dee - she just wasn't convinced that Jake would vote against Dee, being that he showed off his idol to Dee's boyfriend, trying to make an alliance with him to vote off Julie ...Plus, he had lied to Katurah, before, so, WHY would she believe he would vote off Dee? Even Austin is saying in his recent interview that Jake was telling him to vote against Julie ..and of course, this got around to Katurah ..So, WHY would Katurah believe Jake? And he didn't even tell her that he would play his idol on HER? ..???? ..Jake's game was unstable, because he was too busy trying to impress viewers and his fellow competitors - that was more important to him, than, actually, winning the money
@@Lashid4u Jake was of course bad. Katuroah is worse. Coz she had the chance to do what she exactly wanted to do. But didn't do it. She even picture it if she doesn't do anything what would happened. And exactly that happened lol. One of the dumbest moves in history of the game. And the fire 🔥 making lol. But Dee should give half a million to her. Coz of her dumb action she won. If not it would have been Julie or Austin.

Dee deserved the win. She was the only one who played a smart game.
When others played so bad she had to be a little Smart. That's all. And luck. Ex. That single dumb move at the time of vote by Katuroah lol. Dee should half million to her. Coz that brain freez action gave Dee 1 million. That's how bad this season was.

Austin is such an L. He betrayed drew for a 304 because he’s a simp. He could’ve beaten drew in the final 2 but he played himself. Good job buddy

I don’t know if a lot of answers were edited out, but I feel like Jake could have said so much more. And I don’t like how there’s no opening statement anymore. Jake should have been given a chance to give his narrative and how he played the game
What game? Jake had no game plan. He was just trying to survive the whole time. Towards the end, he had a couple of chances to make a big move and he screwed it up.
@@OuterHavenMedia yes he and Katuroah could have controlled the game upside down in last 2 episodes. Both could have been in FTC with Austin and you never know what could have happened. But Jake and Katuroah both messed up big big time. Dee was like you all acting like fools so I'm going to win an immunity and that's it.
To be fair Final Tribal Council actually lasts for hours so maybe he did say more
Jake just should have spoken abt his efforts towards the end. Drew blindside was his idea. But he just acted like he hasnt done enough. He just was passive in FTC. In fact at FTC drew was saying that. Why you are not giving credit to your game. He could have easily grabbed 1 or 2 votes. Out of Dee and Austin of course Austin was useless. I still cant believe why Austin couldn't see Dee as a threat. Its like Xandler blindly taking Ericka to FTC lol. Biggest mistake of the aeason was done by Katuroah. That woman is all over the place. She should have just voted Dee. The best way Austin would have won was with Jake Katuroah. Not sure why he wanted to go with Dee to FTC. Alliances are made but towards the end its an individual game. The new era of survivor has become very SOFT. There's no aggressive play. For me this this season was very bad. It had good players but no one took control and most of them made silly mistakes. Drew Emily Jake Austin Julie all had chance to win. But they just acted so screwed up here and there. Dee was just observing and acted with LITTLE common sense with JUST two people. (Julie and Austin). That was enough to win it all. So that's how bad this season was.
Yep the gameplay was not top notch but it is a newbie season you can' t except much expecially with the strategists getting sniped early: Brando,Kelly and Kaleb

Conspiracy theory: dee did tell Austin about Drew. He secretly wanted him out but felt he couldn't do that to his friend so he had dee do the dirty work. He did not look shocked at all during final tribal when she revealed the news..he did however have guilty face.. thats how i feel but maybe im reaching

Played the best game of all of them, IMO. It was like watching a Lambo, Ferrari, and a Volkswagen go through a race that started with 18 cars, and at the end, the audience gets to decide the winner, so they pick one of the sports cars without giving consideration to how much more impressive it was to see the Volkswagen be in the running at all. The hardest path to the end really needs to get more respect on Survivor than it does.

Also in past 5 seasons 3 women one gay man and older one won. Also 4 of them were with immigrant background. Very interesting 🤔

Honestly, Austin played a better game most of the season. But he screwed up near the end, starting with telling Dee about the Julie blindside. And then telling her about Jake's idol.
Survivor players never vote for game. Dee did not deserve the win.
