Dr. Berg talks about what it means when you get up too fast and feel dizzy. This indicates possible adrenal weakness because the adrenal is not recovering.

Thank you Dr. Berg, this video came just in time for me & my mom! Both of us always feel dizzy & even black out when standing up quickly. In fact my mom blacked out and fainted briefly on the street when trying to quickly stand up after crouching to pick something up. I too once blacked out when trying to stand up after cleaning my hamster's cage. We've been told by doctors that it's due to our low blood pressure and there's nothing we can do. After watching this video I'm going to research more about adrenal fatigue!

I just took your quiz and reviewed the results. I have watched many of your videos, I take your nutritional yeast, D3 and K2, liver cleanse and gall bladder support supplements. I do intermittent fasting, started exercising. Added sugar is totally gone from my diet. Thanks to you I have lost 27 pounds in 2 years and reduced visceral fat. I have reduced my insulin resistance. I am eternally thankful to you for my success. I have kidney issues and my GFR is at 66. I will order the other supplements you recommend and will continue watching your videos. Just saw your post on this. I have another alternative answer to this and one i can speak from first hand experience as i spend the July 4th weekend in the Hospital E.R. On Friday I was fine up till point after driving home on commute, I got up and out from car and started walked into my house and all suddenly was dizzy, lightheaded, with rapid heart/pulse rate. I could barely standup and almost passed out standing up. Sitting down slowed things down a bit to recover, but standing up went back to rapid heart/pulse, dizziness etc. Ended up in the E.R. And had a blood count of 6/14. I was shocked when Dr told me! Had a bunch of test and an Endoscopy Exam of GI Track. I had a bleeding Stomach Ulcer for some unknown amount of time that caused me to loss over 1/2 my blood count. On standing up, heart didn't have enough blood to pump blood around body and to brain which caused me the rapid heart/pulse rate, lightheaded and dizziness. Spend 3 days in the E.R., had 2 blood transfusions, IV and some meds to heal my Stomach and GI Tract. Was put on Pantoprazole for medication to continue to heal GI Tract. But that one almost killed me. In my case, the dizziness from standing up plus execrated heart/pulse rate and can barely stand was caused from loss of blood from internal bleeding.

I have upped my salad intake and have been taking about 20 min walks. that seems to help. also I have increased my salt intake. in one of your evaluations you mentioned that too much kale can decrease iodine and affect thyroid .......didn't see that one coming. anyways deep gratitude for all your work. I listen and watch your vids. They are really excellent. I am thankful to have the information as I can not see doctors. In many videos of one topic or another, you may speak of things as you do here, and my mind goes to my personal problem which is PTSD. So in regard to this video, I would like to hear your thoughts where we have a situation where we know chronic glucocorticoid and adrenal activity is activated waaaaay too often. So without any tests, I can only wonder if my adrenal glands are getting awfully tired because of my problem. I have asked similar questions when you speak of balancing your body through diet etc. and I know I already have too much cortisol flowing through me thus a high cortisol problem because of PTSD. My questions come as I do not know how to apply your advice of lowering cortisol or controlling adrenal function, when I can't.

For menstruating women, low hemoglobin concentration from blood loss can produce darkened vision and vomiting, but that vomiting is a mechanism to temporarily restore brightness. The individual is weak and sleepy. It happened about half a dozen of times at various places that led me to a near death experience. When I found the cure, darkened vision never happened again. I didn't get dizzy anymore. That cure didn't include prescription medications.
The worst was continued blood loss from bleeding. Remove hospitalization because euthanizer will drain blood from blood vessels. Blood transfusion will restore, but some groups are against it.

My systolic pressure decreased by 23, and my heart rate increased by 65 comparing lying down and standing up. I was sure I had low blood pressure, but it so far is testing elevated to pretty high. I'm 6'8" tall, so mine should be somewhat higher. My symptoms all perfectly match low blood pressure from a dysfunctional autonomic nervous system, but the high blood pressure is really throwing me off. I'm two days into a water fast, though, so I don't know how that is affecting everything. If anyone has any feedback, I'd appreciate it.

I'm doing keto for 4 months now, IF for 3 months. A week ago, all the sudden I get these dizzy moments when I jump up from laying down. I eat the recommended 7 to 10 cups of vegetables.
I don't understand why this all the sudden starts again. Can it just be the vitamin b1? I do use nutricional yeast to supplement b vitamins, though not daily.
