Owned an 18 sport and looking to get a new one. Your video helped me see that NOW the Sport trim has what I want without the extra $$$. Dont need a sunroof or rear sliding glass. It has all i want/need. Thanks again, your video helped me out!
I've always thought the sport had the better looking rims but that's it..
I brought the 2024 TrailSport have3k miles on it, grey and Love it, brought the bed cover as well, I traded a 2014 tundra with over 200,000 miles,was a gas hog, still ran good,had some problems with the radio cut out, was much bigger but I get 24.5 miles on the highway, don’t like the push button drive but am getting use to it. Has lots of space for all the wife stuff, she can bring all her 100 pairs of shoes no problem on our trip. I keep the seats up for more storage, more I drive it better I like it! I heard the 2025 trailsports are going to be 10 clearance off the ground, I wish they would tinted the front door windows more, I will have that done, best truck on the market for me, don’t like the V6 turbo s in the other trucks, I think it wears your motor out faster, Toyota crap in there pants on there new truck s with the V6 turbo only in the tundra no V8 , I had both,small one as well, more room in the Ridgeline,cost less as well and Ridgeline comes with 2year of maintenance

I got a 2017 black edition, just put 265 michelin ltx m/s2 on it will transform this truck.
I have the 2020 Version and really to me the only difference is the console between the seats....it's just 4 yrs newer...things I would have liked to be changed would have been active cruise that goes right down to zero instead of kicking off a 25 MPH, also cruise control in AWD and side detectors on the mirrors......the tailgate letters are a nice touch too
Hate Moonroofs! Would probably pay more for higher trim if I could get it WITHOUT moonroof but I don’t mind saving a few $. Hopefully Honda learns from Toyota gouging and uses the opportunity to get customers. I still have my 05 Accord and it’s been a blessing. I plan on going Honda unless they gouge!
Great trim with cloth seats versus the overrated leather seats. Wish this model had the option of a moonroof. And why did thy remove the small sliding window on the rear glass? As a disabled individual, I always hate a vehicle with foot emergency brake (due to osteoarthritis) over a hand brake or the modern electronic brake. Great review.
Honda is calling this interior black but that is most definitely gray and not black. My wife has a new CR-V and it is jet black, nothing like this one. And I've seen it in person too. Thanks for the walkaround.
The length isn’t off the bed as important as the depth.
The current bed size for me is just fine. I want the truck to fit inside my garage. I just wish the interior would come in a cream /lite grey color instead of just black. Black is too damn hot for the deep South I live in. Also, hope they keep the v6 instead of going to a small turbo 45 banger, again turbos in the deep South mean worn-out engines to soon.

Yes, the Sport trim has adaptive cruise control and auto high beams.
All that is included in all vehicles nowadays, you can’t buy a vehicle without it .
I think this might be the truck for me. I am currently driving a 2011 Subaru Impreza hatchback and am looking to get into the truck world. I need something that is a comfortable daily commuter, reliable, and that can haul my fishing gear and 9.6ft kayak in the bed.
Go Subaru ! Mrs and I have had about 6 of them over three decades. World class AWD system, 5 star crash ratings. But no Suubie truck bed for awhile longer yet. They’ve really missed out on a lot of truck-lette sales over the last 25 years. I am getting the comfortable riding AWD Ridgeline, a little coddling on rough roads will be nice. Plenty of bed room for e-bike. I’m betting when Subaru does start selling their truck-lette, it’ll be far too small of bed for my need. Ridgeline is an all around blend of many things, many vehicles, to get the the grand mix of like “having your cake and eating it, too”.
I’d guess the only positive of weird shifter is it is flat, saves that vertical bit of space where hand might hit it. S for Sport mode and hangs on to lower gear longer. Better for ripping around, I might guess also helps to pull a heavier trailer ? I don’t pull. Just a little haul. All the time AWD and a comfortable ride are big things for me, a tighter turning circle, easier to park, less garage space sucked up. Like all of that.

Wish honda would make about a 5 inch of room in the back seats for leg room, it would be a plus! Maybe a 2 inch lift on it and some aggressive tires and wheel package. A hard tonneau cover thats foldable would be nice too having it come with the Truck! If it's going to be push button they should have some cool paddle shifts by the steering wheel. It would help with off roading! I'd wish for one more thing to make vehicle EMP Proof one of the worries i have leaving the house.
Maybe soon, I will be able to buy this truck.

It’s leatherette, fake leather, synthetic leather, faux leather
Maybe vehicles like Lexus , Acura, Infiniti get leather but not Honda

Absolutely not. The powertrain configuration and tires have no relation with each other. Don’t waste 3 perfectly good tires because you damaged one of them.
Hate push button gear shifter. Just gimme a lever. My 18 RTLE has a lever
2024 Ridgeline black edition leather is useless, if you want, I'll send you the photo. It's only been a month since it was purchased.
What’s it doing? I saw another video where a swimsuit button put a small tear in it. I was looking at a black edition as well.

This is the best truck for the streets. Oversized trucks are played out. Lifted super duty trucks look like try-hards.
Most car manufacturers sunroofs explode. I guess Honda didn't want to deal with the sunroof issues and lawsuits
