@@Hopecaster if you feel that way, it's just a difficulty related to mentality, but the difference is in the actual note engine though it's probably not intentionally coded that way, i don't know the technicalities of it but multiple people just say it just feels easier in practice mode

The "dead air" thing in the chart is something I find myself continually confused about when it comes to plastic instrument games. Like, sacrificing the fun or difficulty balance in a chart for the sake of musical accuracy has never been an appeal for me, and it's not something you see in any other rhythm game for the most part
