Sorry to hear you had food poisoning. You certainly look like you bounced back quickly. I am looking forward to see where you went. I made it as far as Holyhead in Wales earlier this month. I decided Manchester was too far for a day trip :-( I bought lots of yummy things at COOP :-)

Well that is not how I pictured your trip home Sophie!! I know food poisoning as I have had it as well and you are very lucky you had the energy to travel, I can't imagine. Anyway so glad to see you at home, seeing the family and seeing Clara looking so good. I'm hoping the remainder of your holiday goes off without a hitch as you very much deserve it!!! It wasn’t how I planned it but it made a great story😂 the flight had ever felt so long, was curled up all flight and didn’t eat anything. Thank you for your kind words 🤍
Oh Sophie, two rookie mistakes in one week 😂
1. You always put your shampoo and conditioner in travel bottles as it has less pressure and unlikely to explode. Also, always put them in a zip lock bag.
2. Always carry a backpack with all your essentials when you board a flight in case your luggage is lost

Oh bless you. The week started off rubbish and finished off rubbish. However at least you are home and have your family to support you. I can imagine you doing the home alone scene off them waking up in a panic and running through the airport.
The clothes that you got looked really cute and that maroon skirt will look really cute on you especially in the winter months. Hope you are having a fantastic time with the family and the crazy dog. Btw the last clip you can tell you haven't lost your Liverpool twang. ❤

Regarding the shampoo, another flight attendant that does Amazon hauls showed an adaptable silicone top that covers bottles to avoid accidents

You should call the health department on the restaurant you got food poisoning from. I know in the US, they're huge on food safety. Making sure people are doing things right.
Food poisoning is the worst had it twice
I had to travel from Philippines to uk 18 hours flight was miserable
I nrly missed the flight in Bangkok rushing in that airport with asthma too not good

I have to share something that you probably think is just daft. We were in Grantham, Lincolnshire in 2018 and we discovered ASDA. It was our favourite place EVER! Found so many food items that held memories of my childhood but can no longer get in South Africa. We popped in there at least every other day to stock up as our extended family also enjoyed what I had bought 🤣When I saw you popping in, it brought back memories that put such a smile on my face.

They really did look after me, would be lost without them 🫶🏼 The Asda is the best place to visit😂 like you said they have EVERYTHING! I do the same when I come home, pop in get all my favourite snacks for while I’m home

I got food poisoning once ; so not fun
It’s the worst feeling I’ve ever felt
Look babe. When I was crew and we would fly to Lagos for example and you get armed guards to walk you through the airport then armed guards and a police escort on the crew bus to the hotel. Crew would freak out and I would be like girl relax flip the scoot I am not so important that I get all of this stuff.. this is what Kim Kardashian feels like.. I am just saying relax it’s a good thing your making an impact and think of the ad sense and revenue you will shopping at LV next week!

That's why you need to bring your own food on your layovers bec eating the food in other countries you get food poisoning
