@2:30 That was due to the volatile nature of refrigerant, R1234yf, which was mandated in the late 1990s as a "environmentally-friendly" replacement for freon (R12 and R134a). When the R1234yf refrigerant was exposed to the air, it combusts and burns very fast.
Mercedes-Benz did a crash test with A-Class car equipped with R1234yf, and the car burnt exactly like the one in the video. The engineers were stunned beyond belief why would European Union require this dangerous chemical in the first place. European Union threatened to withdraw the certificate of roadworthiness for Mercedes-Benz vehicles unless R1234yf was used. Eventually, Mercedes-Benz replaced R1234yf with R134a in the 2010s.

We had a 20 something year old guy shoot a firework into the video return slot at the library. The reulting fire gutted the new wing of the building. The century old part was not burned but did have smoke damage . The guy is sitting in jail for a long time
Some kids broke into our marina one night and started rifling through some of the boats before they discovered we all have flare guns on board. They were having a grand old time until some of the flares ignited some of the boats. Of course, those signals bring in the coast guard in a hell of hurry too and the coast guard are based about three miles across the bay. Many, very expensive boats and floating wharfs/docks were damaged or destroyed.

Most extreme aspect was the extremely uncaring attitude of those people walking past a burning car. Did anybody stop to see if someone was inside? Also, the exploding car chilled me to the core. Wish I knew how that happened, other than the owner's speculation.
