Felipe Rodriguez that is exactly what i said ...too many miles...as a matter of fact 46000 too many... in southern california that car is worth $7500 because of the excess of miles..

When you're talking about a reliable car brand ,mileage isn't as important as it was years ago on cars .Many modern vehicles can last for more than 200k .Hondas can go for more than 300k. As long as regular maintenance has been done ,mileage doesn't matter

ok it’s a honda accord, let’s not get carried away here

  • @erlpen2016

that car was probably worth no more than $7500 because of the high amount of miles...it had about 46000 miles more than it should've had...in order to be called excellent it has to have no more than 10 thousand miles a year...so what if you can eat off any place in the car, you have 46000 miles less now!!!...i would rather buy a car less clean with 30% less miles...even if i have to pay $2000 more for less miles and of course never ever buy a car, new or used, from a dealer...they will stick it to you and that is their job!!!

Cars that have more mileage can generally be more maintained than one that just sits with low miles. Pulling a valve cover off a car that sat for years vs one that's been driven regularly will shock you. The cylinder head of the more driven car will be cleaner than one that sat. Miles are not everything maintenance is.

But has the timing belt and water pump been done. What of the balljoints it's a common issue with the 03-07 Accord. See front wheel falling off at low speeds

Exactly. That’s what I try telling people. Many people are so focused on mileage but that doesn’t guarantee reliability
