Cutting hair off so it will grow back better is so true. I use to have hip length hair but it was very thin and hairstyles hurt it, but after I cut it and started taking more vitamins it’s thicker and healthier.
@@Ryncof I use to take this pill one that was recommended 3 times a day, can’t remember what it’s called but it had the same container designed as iron tablets. But the ones I take low are gummies and it’s Nature‘s Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails
i had a buzz cut in the lockdown either but the surprise was my hair grew up so curly that it couldn't even get down (looked like afro hair style) so i had to use lot of chemical products to cure it and yet it's not that good as it used to be, not everyone's hair is better after cutting it that much
i regret shaving my head too, but before i did it i had pin straight hair and it was damaged because i dyed it often…. now i have beautiful curly hair that i dont plan on cutting until January of 2025
