Lilia looks so happy with her new hair! But my favorite detail, was when Addy said she thought she wouldn't like it, and Jess reminded her that it is about what Lilia likes and wants. It wasn't a lecture, but just a calm, casual reminder for a little kid that will hopefully carry over into situations when Jess isn't there to remind any of the younger kids that their opinions don't count for more than the person actually making the choice.
Yes I loved that! Just a quick reminder that hey, you might not like it, but it's not your hair, and we should let people do what THEY want with their bodies regardless of if we like it or not. And like you said, she mentioned it so casually, not in a mean/lecture sort of way. A+ parenting right there imo

Love when Addie said she doesn’t think she’ll like it and Jess reminded her that it’s what Lilia wants/thinks that matters. That’s what I’ve been telling people on Jess’ TikTok that say they don’t like it. Jess is such a good mom, allowing her kids to express themselves and teaching them to respect other people’s opinions and choices even though they defer from their own etc. wish more parents were like this ❤❤

I love this new Lilia. And I love that everyone supports her. My mom talked me out of multiple haircuts when I was younger, claiming my curly hair wouldn't look good in short styles, so I love to see parents that fully support their kids choices. Not my mom but a friend , had a really a short hair cut , and I said I wanted mine kinda like hers but messy taking into a-count my hair was curly . She said it wouldn’t work . Spoiler it did .
@renegadestorm6903 the freedom I got when finally chopping my hair of was so crazy. It was the end of my senior year, and I did it like a couple weeks after prom. I had gone all over short in October, but let it grow out for prom (bc I wanted an updo, and it looked amazing) and then Jojo Swia chopped all her hair off and I decided I would too. I've had it half shaved ever since.

But can we get a clothing haul?? Lilias style has changed so much over even just the past few months. That's awesome! Especially in middle school I was so scared to try new things cause I didn't want other kids to notice. And now in my adult life I still hold myself back because of those same thoughts. Definitely something I regret of my early teen years is caring so much about peoples thoughts that I don't even talk to.
She tried so hard to have an LGQBT+ baby. She tried to dress Landon in Princess outfits and have him in make up and he eventually didn't wanna play along anymore so she moved on to Lillia .... all to stay relevant to the woke mob. Poor children.

I was at the hairdressers a few years back and wanted a shorter haircut, but my mum's cousin was nervous because my mum had other ideas. I basically told him that it was my hair to do with as I wanted and she'd need to suck it up. I got my shorter haircut (above the shoulders) and everyone was happy.

LILLIA'S new hair style looks great!...Im just so confused to why her classmates would ask about pronouns and name change just because she got a short haircut??....are the schools overwhelming the kids with all the transgender talk so much so that a child cant even get a haircut without questioning her gender?....That was a bit startling.
they were just being nice and it would be better for someone who did want to change pronouns ect if they seemed open to it so it would make them feel more safe and supported rather than being ignored
