- Hopefully this give you all an insight into how to install a 2 stroke 70cc kit the this will be much the same for all 2 stroke scooters
including rough house and zuma 2t
Dont forget a new plug as well.

Order some Jet too call them up and ask for an assortment !
Awesome video man, thank you so much for all the details like which way the Piston goes ,and the torque specs and the jetting ,all very important details ! Thanks again, great video !!
Great video! Where is the video on adding a bigger jet?
I've heard you should add about a tablespoon of 2-stroke oil in every full tank of gas because the stock oil pump isn't quite enough for the 72cc kit, is that true ??
Thanks for video lesson
Do you have to do anything to the oil injection system?
Just installed and bike won't fire up help me please 😢
I took mine apart and idk what I'm doing
200 subs lets goo
Did you have to change the jets on the carburetor to avoid incorrect fuel or ignition problems? Spark plugs spec change?
Yes you will need to increase jet sizing most likely in order to avoid bogging under acceleration with the bigger head and exhaust, same thing for roller weights
@@ghillepig2By how many sizes up? Like 2 or 3? 10 percent? I’m in a warmer place as opposed to this guy. Not Florida but warmer. Thanks 😊
I'm curious if these kits really reduce the engine lifespan as much as people say.
If done correctly they do not
Someone out there tell me I have a 2004 Eton 50cc 2-stroke Beamer Matrix simple cut the wiring and put a AC stator and CDI in it and had it all messed up I just want to get the correct wires put into the DC CDI it has a few other things if anyone has one out there let me know because if you hook it up wrong you can burnout rectifiers and stuff which I got another rectifier also whether I knew it was bad or not I tested it and some of them things were bad in it but if anyone's out there then nose or can take pictures send me talk to me
Liked and subbed. If I do this mod to my (2017) Buddy 50, which indicates a top speed of 45 mph derestricted, how much faster should I expect it to travel?
Thanks and stay safe!
it depends, i would recommend to by a new exhaust that is specifically made for a 70cc cylinder. and dont forget to not go over 3/4 gas when riding the first 500 km otherwise it will break down
@@albinhenriksson8980 Thank you. Have you personally done this mod? Which brand/modelexhaust do you suggest?
@@albinhenriksson8980 it will definetly not break down lol. make sure to do 5-10 heat cycles, ride it easy for the first 10-20 miles dont stay WOT for more then a few seconds. thats really it ive done this on all my scooters ive owned and they still run great.
No one has replied to his request for an approximate top speed of his scooter after doing the upgrade. Can someone who has done this give both him and other's who want to know what they should expect provided that the upgrade is properly done?
Realistically a buddy 50 does bout 42 with wind at your back and 45 going downhill lmao, but a big bore kit and up jetted carb and sport exhaust should push it towards 55mph
I have a 49cc jog clone with a 12mm wrist pin. Seems harder to find a BBK unless I go with a stock 90cc which I can find or pay $150 for a 70cc kit and a 12mm pin. I hit 46 now with stock configuration. Seems I am limited by gearing. Would getting a BBK be good for me or should I update other things like gearing first. I have good take off and pulls thru the entire curve. I'm not looking to hit 55mph. Just 45 consistently at lower RPM's
Well. Its always a give and take. If you mess with your gearing, you can achieve a lower rpm at 45 mph.
However it takes more power to get there consistently... So its kind of a catch 22. If you don't make enough power you'll never hit 45. In my opinion the bbk is the first step and you build off of it but one hand washes the other.
You can put a professional bicycle racer on a unicycle and he wont be fast and you can take a sumo wrestler and put him on a road bicycle and he wont be fast..... or at-least consistently fast
Don't quote me on this because I am not a jog or jog clone enthusiast
but i think this may be the droid your searching for

If its a horizontal in my experience the only difference is pin size
All you need is a buddy that has a machine shop you'd be amazed what can be manufactured
What size jets do you recommend? I have the prima sport pipe running a 90 now before the bore kit.
How did that pipe and rejetting work out for you?
@@jeffmacey6482 it worked out fine that was a perfect size for the pipe.
How did you get the studs off of the exhaust manifold?
tighten a nut against a nut 2 wrenches
Should change the reed valves while youre at it
What is the horsepower of a stock, but derestricted, Buddy 50?
Thanks!
Im not sure about horsepower as it doesn't really mean much, but a derestricted buddy 50 prepped off the line should easily do 35 mph but not much more than 40
Will this fit the roughhouse ?
YES
Do you need a bigger carb to run a 70cc big bore from 50cc
yes
Not a bigger carb, just bigger jetting
@@ghillepig2 I did it bro have a look at the Chanel I do mad bits now lol, but ngl yea a bigger jet works but a bigger carb is best
Hello can you message me I have a question you may be able to answer for my genuine roughhouse
Thankyou, this video was very helpful, good tutorial on how to get arrested :)
Ain't no replacement for displacement BRAAAAAAAP
no there aint . hold her wide open mann thanks for the support
Top speed?
50-55 mph if tuned correctly with proper jetting and roller weights, but most likely not much more than that
theres no kit (just brush ur cilinder wider and u get the 70cc power
