What needs to be done to upgrade this installation to SD3?

I did the installation according to the instructions step by step, but got stuck at the last stage with the cmd screen.
It says: couldn`t launch python. exit code 9009
Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.
Launch unsuccessful. Exiting.

Hi, you will need to uninstall Python and reinstall it. When you reinstall it be sure to check the box that says "Add Python 3.10 to PATH". This should resolve the problem for you. What aspect PC I need to have good picture
To get the best results, in the shortest amount of time, you'll need an Nvidia graphics card with around 12gb of VRAM. The GPU is the only thing that really matters for Stable Diffusion.
